Awesome content 😺.....please bring a video of building a full stack application (not 10-11 hours stuff they become very boring to watch) and how we can deploy then using docker ....
Thank you for this amazing video . Is it a good thing to use external api with NextJs14 ? Server action can replace it or is there a particular reason to use NextJs + rust ?
next.js is powerful but there are many other ways to create apis. in this case I want to be independent from nextjs and also showcase how you can conncet the services using different languages. I am also exploring Rust because I love it as a programming language
Hi Hassan, this is an edited version of the Saturday's livestream, it's way mroe convenient to watch and it has timestamps. If you already watched the saturday one you probably don't need this, otherwise feel free to sue it as a reference. Thanks for wathing the other one!
hey! I have created a .NET Core project already, but I will do a .Net + react and docker in the future! for now, you cna check this! th-cam.com/users/livePY6uD1fgzZA
Great content! I really like Francesco's teaching methods. I am looking forward to learning Rust with Francesco's help. 09-25-2024: Note: I had a problem with the Rust backend compiling. Something along the line of: Docker FROM rust:1.69-buster AS builder I got the "error: package `tokio-util v0.7.12` cannot be built because it requires rustc 1.70 or newer,..." I resolved this by changing two lines in the rust.dockerfile file: FROM rust:1.69-buster AS builder to FROM rust:1.81.0-slim-bookworm AS builder And: FROM debian:buster-slim to FROM debian:bookworm-slim
Your contents are legendary, straight up, no fluff, very practical... Grazie mille!

i wish we can have a bigger project at least the just the api with a folder structure , JWT , and multiple routes
This is a good idea. More Rust content is coming in 2024, and the projects will be more and more complex

I saw this 2 days ago... How its a new one ?
