    Could you possibly make a video showing how to do the inverse? I have a friend sending me a Logic file for me to work on in Cakewalk.

      Hi, I will add it to my list 😀
      If you ask your friend to send it as an OMF file, you will be able to simply open the OMF in Cakewalk.

    Thanks you for sharing.
    I did export a CW project this week to logic. The project was recorded in 16b and I did export in 24bit.
    I exported it as' tracks through entire mix. ' when you bounce to tracks the effects are on there but not if you bounce to clips right?
    I did not bounce to tracks. First time I see this ..
    She did receive it well but I'm not sure in what state. Also,when I receive the project back at one point and import it to CW again I can't exactly see what effects or plugin she has been using in logic just so I learn myself as well for future projects.🤔

      Hi, I actually think it is better that you have the remixed tracks but not the details of how it was done. Good mixing is learnt with your ears not your eyes. If you have been sent back the individual tracks that have been remixed, you now have one of the most valuable assets of the business... Reference tracks.

    Is there a way to just transfer midi files as midi?

      @Edmond9803
      Hi, yes... You can save individual midi tracks to a midi file by clicking on File >> export >> standard midi file or save all the midi tracks to a single midi file by clicking on File >> save copy as, then select midi format 1 as the file type on the save file window.
      I have just recorded a tutorial about it, so should be edited and posted on my channel soon 😀

      Was the OMF file exported from Cakewalk as a 48khz 24 bit file with the option to include all the audio tracks in the OMF?

      @@IbandUK everything was is in 24 bit, the 48 khz I'm not sure how to check that, but just tried following all the steps again and I have the same issue

      Maybe I need an update for cakewalk? Is this a new feature? I'm not able to find any other similar versions

      I'm having an issue too, when I try to access the omf file with my mac its greyed out. I've did quite a bit of research online but can't find a solution. Anyone else having this issue?
