In Germany normal schmincke Akademie - Student line- coat 50 Euro, with 18 colors. So it is very expensive in Germany!
Tatjana J Schmincke is in general an expensive brand. But you can also get cheaper brands like Tales Van Gogh, Winsor & Newton student grade or White Nights in Germany. Compared to these brands Komorebi is still much cheaper.

You could buy a uv lamp and leave the art under it. Make sure you have a way of containing the light as UV light as it will harm you
No kidding about the uv light. If an individual is going to use it they have to know the dangers:
1. It's harmful to the eyes and may cause blindness so do the research.
2. Can cause cancer for the skin, so don't ever expose one's skin to these. There are videos out there where folks will test out their ub light with a banana to see if it's real.
3. The exposed air to uv is harmful (because it harms the skin and the eyes), so one can add two and two together and notice that air also gets exposed to these lights where they also get "excited" as in charged particles, creating ozone air particles, so dont breathe these in, ventilate well or one smells ozone, go to another room until the air has egressed.
4. Lastly it has been reported, or seen here on TH-cam that it is used to disinfect food or stuff from outside where these items is disininfected with the uv-c light, like the germs, bacteria, and viruses. Including the present coronavirus we are experiencing today. But more research is required for folks to understand, if they go this route, instead of disinfecting stuff they bring into the house with 70% isopropyl alcohol (research this also to know how to use properly). But this light has to be uv-c which is also harmful most definitely for the skin and eyes. So use caution and wear protective glasses like the ones that protect from of lights, especially uv-c light, which is most glasses I think, so do the research.
