@@EmmaKennyTV Hey my lovely little fellow northern monkey 🙋🏼♀️ I really hope you read this - I was literally gobsmacked when I read about this as it is so closely linked to this case.... I don't know if you know this (see what I did there 🫢) but there was a serial killer back in the 50's called Harvey Glatman (The Lonely Hearts Killer/Glamour Girl Slayer). He would pose as a professional photographer offering female victims the promise of modelling exposure in the popular crime magazine of the time, Front Cover Detective magazine. He would advertise his services, take aspiring models to his home and tell them that their photoshoot for the crime magazine would involve them being tied up, looking terrified and posing as if they were about to be murdered. His victims complied, believing it was all for the magazine cover and Glatman did indeed take the photographs as promised with them in these compromising poses: while they were bound, he would tell them that he was going to rape and murder them, photographing their very genuine terror. Glatman was a depraved sexual deviant and sadomasochist from a very young age, playing out his fantasies as an adult by repeatedly raping his, ironically, willingly bound victims before killing them. After Glatman's arrest, Front Cover Detective magazine themselves heard about the case and that he had been using them as a part of his deadly ruse and in an attempted indignant response, the magazine published the photos Glatman had taken of his victims on their front cover, as their feature story. Shortly after this publication, a 13 year old boy from Kansas came across his father's copy of this magazine featuring Glatman's photos and used the images for masturbation, later claiming that it was one of the most intensely orgasmic experiences he has ever had.... That 13 year old boy grew up to be BTK!!! 😳 And there it is - BTK's origin story! 😳 Sorry about the long comment but I know that you and others will be as open mouthed as I was! Also, sorry about posting this a year after you posted this vid but I too have watched all of your videos now and am currently working my way through them again and thought you'd find this interesting 😅😊❤️

I am glad she is getting the help she needs to continue in her quest for a healthy life.

Yes!! Ive been waiting for this video!! Thank u Emma for all your hard work and research!!! Ur amazing!!
Thanks so much Emma, when listening to his daughter's utter confusion about her life experiences with her dad it just leaves me feeling that he left so many victims - that he should on first impulse be protecting first and formost from himself. He didn't and had no intention of acknowledging that he made his own daughters memories of her entire life fake. I am glad she is getting the help she needs to continue in her quest for a healthy life.
Emma, thank you for your humanity. I didn’t know very much about this psychopath until l listened to this. I believe being forewarned is power. Knowledge is power. That’s why l listen to these programmes, because I want to know what makes people tick. Sometimes it’s like looking into Hell. It affects me deeply. But it makes me more determined to be watchful so l can live my best life, taking care of those l love. Thank you, for your presentation and your compassion. Bless you❤️ Hi and much love from Australia🇦🇺❤️
The way he standing in court talking sent chills down my spine
I've seen quite a few shows on BTK, I've got to say that your take on him was so much more interesting and informative. You are really good at what you do and I really enjoy watching your videos. Your way of looking at these horrible crimes and the way you explain these cases really gets us thinking, I'm already waiting for your next video. Keep it up. Love the way you get into these nasty people's heads.
Can’t wait for this one thanks Emma 🥰
Amazing to hear your version on BTK, so much more insightful, and omg those court tapes...not a hint of remorse or guilt! Scary guy! Thank you x
Look
Forward to this one emma just seen I haven’t watched it yet .
I saw so many different documentaries and different people covering Dennis Rader and his murders so I wasn‘t sure if I‘d enjoy this episode as much as your other videos (just because I know this story so well) but I really enjoyed listening to you! You added some interesting point of views and I think you just became my favorite person/channel to watch when it comes to true crime stories! xx
It's always incredible to hear Emma's insight!

OMG!
This is gonna be a belter! I can't wait for your take on this one Emma, you could probably do a full 3 hour video on him....... Along with the green river killer, this guy has got to be one of the evilest, coldest, unfeeling people to have drawn breath in my opinion.
I'm off on Sunday and counting the minutes! xx
The green river killer is coming very soon too. Em x

Incredibly delivered by the absolute crime story legend 👏🙌
Best true crime channel on TH-cam
Thats very kind x
I knew what he did but not in detail as you explained it, you are amazing because of how you take every case and explore it thoroughly and then you present it with your whole heart! That is what makes you amazing and I am so thankful that I can now watch you twice a week! You can take a person that everyone has heard of and explain the whole story with details that I never knew and you do it with such passion that I can’t even pause the video! Thank you for all your hard work, you are amazing! ☺️
Another great episode! Thank you Emma
Shocking he got away with it for so long. You are amazing how you tell all the stories. Looking forward to the next one
This content is always immaculate! I would love to see you cover Hadden Clark.
Excellent Job. Happened upon your channel for this video. Ya had me hooked from the get go. Great story telling. You emit genuine enthusiasm when speaking.
Just subscribed and gonna definitely watch more of your videos. Nice to see a smart woman into what she's doing. Very pleasing to watch. Keep it up.
You do an excellent job Emma! Thank you for your work.
Wichita is not a state, sweetheart. Love ur accent and your videos I've found in the past week, they have given me so much entertainment, I have a terribly broken leg, thanku for giving me binge worthy content! ! I'm down for 6 months, keep em coming! Much love from North Carolina 💙 Daria 💜 #STAYHOMESTAYHEALTHY
I’m always learning 😂☀️☀️☀️ sending love . Em xx
@@EmmaKennyTV I've been watching ur work since "this morning"? Think it was called. I'm a huge child advocate myself so I've followed ur work( whatever is available in US) ,I was so mad that I just recently found ur TH-cam channel cuz I was only notified a few days ago! But I'm crazy about it. True crime is everywhere now but the way U explain it and give ur opinions and unbiased( mostly lol) take on them are fascinating! Anyway,I was just trying to help with Wichita..I was laughing cuz our countries are so different and it took me 3 days to figure out what a dang wheelie bin was!!🤣🤣🤣🤗Keep up the hard work. Your channel is exploding. You'll have a million by 2022 guaranteed. Good luck and stay healthy!! Love from North Carolina ❤️🧡💛💚🤎💜🤍
I've had no internet connection for a few weeks, so I'm binge watching all of June episodes. I really, really enjoy your content, and your choice of tshirts! (the She-ra one has a special place in my heart). I'm super excited to hear what you have to say abouy this one. Stay safe. Greetings from Argentina 💕
Greetings back from Manchester Eva. Send us some sunshine! Love Argentina ❤️ . Em xx
Again really good analysis Emma, always interesting to hear your thoughts on these crimes I find the psychology aspect you bring helpful in understanding what drives these individuals and in this case what drove one of the worst in Btk
Emma, I've seen you on so many shows about true crime and enjoyed seeing you and hearing you so much! I'm so happy I stumbled upon your youtube channel. You are by far my favorite in this business.
I had never seen a picture of him where he was young before and for some reason I found that quite jarring.
thanks for doing this one Emma!
You’re brilliant Emma. This one was new to me and I learned a lot.
I did stumble across your video a couple days ago and have binge watched (listened while driving) since, and haven’t been disappointed yet!
Your videos are one of the best parts of my Sunday’s 🥰
The best take on this case thus far ! Absolutely fascinating and terrifying. Anyone can be a psychopathic sadistic killer.
Can we, I did not know that…..
Looking forward to this one Em , i've read and watched a lot about this guy and looking forward to hearing your own thoughts on his crimes
Another brilliant video…love your insight and telling a story!
I watched this as I'm a follower of the BTK case and this was a good video about Dennis radar 👌 so I've subscribed great chanel 👍
Thanks Jamie x
@@EmmaKennyTV could you do a video about Peter tobin just a suggestion
The way he speaks of what he did, so calm, like he's talking about going to the shops and getting groceries. Sends shivers up my spine.
I love her videos & she’s so funny too! I swear I’m laughing which is a good thing or else it would make me cry & Emma doesn’t make u laugh at the victims but at the serial killer like his poem & his pics of himself! I love her channel:) 💜💜
I can’t help but listen to this and think how flattered BTK would feel by some parts of it. I hope he doesn’t ever get to see it.
I never miss your crime stories. I find myself waiting for your next one. Emma you are the greatest story reporter of crime that is out there
Just joined so excited
Looking forward as usual to your show...xxx. Its really intriguing....
