I dont know SB19 existence until i saw this video…i was curious of ms regine reaction at the end and i got to to ask myself “ who are these guys?”… since then i am chasing all the video performances mv’s and catching up history of the group…i havent been updated for 20 years of Philippines entertainment and i am so glad to have found these guys that befitted the name Sound Break of SB19…it’s a new genre for OPM…and MV’s are not so lame…love love love it… this is the video that introduces me to SB19…

I love your reaction. All the comments are true and only a few reactors can really understand the technical side.
Just a heads up! This arrangement is very tricky and complicated. There were lots of transposition to the keys to accommodate both the male & female range. (Which you emphasize)
If you listen carefully at the beginning, Ken who started the line was in its original key up until Pablo’s then it was transposed to a semitone higher, I believe, on the part of Queen Regine until the end of 1st chorus where Regine did a descending run. (Underrated but very impressive)
It went back to original key soon as Justin started his line then next was Josh’s. Again, it transposed to a semitone higher for Regine’s part until the end.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but it was Pablo who’s doing the lower harmony because Regine is the main melody for the female key. “Di man ako para sa’yo” part.
Next, Regine’s style of singing is very evident, mostly. She starts the song using her soft tones, it’s actually high but since she mastered her craft, she can easily play with her registers. On the 2nd refrain, she gave a bit of weight. It sounded fuller because she’s using balance mixed (vocal placement).
Whilst, on the bridge, she’s gearing up for full voice for the climax but only gave a sneak peek then head voice for the “oooohhh” and back to soft tones for “mahal kita”.
Last part, the climax of the song, last chorus, balance mixed (chest dominant this time) however, you are right, she stayed true to the melody and gave Stell (is using a balance mixed as well kaya powerful ang voice but may pitik ng falsetto) his shining moment. Belting out “hahanapin PAAAAAA” mind you, they’re hitting the same notes but stell held the note (E5) perfectly to give conviction to its meaning. While Regine went down to the main note and gave respect to SB19 as artists. #QueenThings
As a Regine fan since 1990, I figured that she starts singing with soft tones then fuller sound, and ends with her stratospheric belts. Depending on how the song needs to be interpreted. That’s why she’s not just a singer, she’s a great storyteller.
I started a petition to have this song re-recorded with the Queen Regine. Same arrangement & same interpretation.
Anyway, love your reaction because only a few can distiguished technicals when listening. Try listening to their WYAT concert renditon. You’ll hear the difference. That’s why I prefer this one instead. 😊

Sir Adonis di talaga ko maka-move on sa performance na to. It's the best HSH live perf talaga for me. Naiyak ako while watching this and knowing na isa si Ms. Regine sa dream maka-collab ng boys ay super happy for them. Justin and Josh really stepped up super proud! That smooth intro from Ken, grabe he started it off with that beautiful voice which is btw si Stell ang original na kumanta. Pablo is so good in blending, perfect talaga! I know he's so happy coz imagine you wrote that song and an icon is singing it! Wow! Stell blew us off the roof, he has outdone himself once again. Bravo 👏 Ms. Regine studied the song, was not overpowering, it was perfectly executed. She gave a new flavor to this already beautiful song. Kung masakit na sya, mas pinasakit pa ni Ms Reg 😅. YES!!! A DUET by REGUNE and STELL should be in the Works!!!It is so obvious REGINE Loved Singing with MAHALIMA and may kasama pang FanGirling after the Song. I am sure she was very Impressed and Satisfied with collaborating with SB19 with their Individual Vocal Qualities and Group Harmonizations. But also must have gained Respect for PABLO as a Song Writer and Composer of HANGGANG SA HULI.

Love this rv! 🙂 napanood ko na to many times but nagoosebumps ulit ako sa reaction niyo. The best part for me is the parts of Stell. dun ako na-goosebumps kasi ung ke Regine familiar na ko sa signature belts niya but I was surprised with how Stell can keep in step with Regine's with the amazing quality at that (he delivered it so crisp and clear and smooth and effortless, and he even looks amazing delivering those high notes!) !
There's a better yt version of this performance where it is not that zoomed in. You can see Stell's stance better. But since you're a lit vocal coach and director, you still were able to recognize Stell's notes/birit even if were cut in the camera. You're great!

Yes, the transition and the first line of Regine were very haunting and so beautiful. I agree that the boys really adjusted the song for her and what's good is that Regine returned the favor by not overshadowing their vocals. It's a perfect blend of good vocals and harmonies. 💙

I like both versions of Hanggang Sa Huli! Original is still on my top, but collab with ms. Regine is another case! A new flavor of HSH is very overwhelming! Apakaganda po.

Almost one week na since this performance & yet hindi ako maka move on from this. The more I watch & listen to it, the more it sounds really good! This performance is so memorable. I love how this new arrangement of HSH suited the vocals of the group and of Ms. Regine's, parang nagtagpo sila sa gitna. I have a feeling Regine had a hand with the vocal arrangement, since she is known for that because she does her own backup vocals on most of her songs. Kung sino man ang gumawa ng musical arrangement nito, kudos! The song was given a different feel, and basta, ang ganda lang ng pag blend ng boses nilang anim. And it also seemed that Regine became the 6th member. Pwede naman sya bumirit ng walang bukas, magpalahaw at sapawan ang mga boys because she's freaking Regine, but she's always been a really gracious collaborator and a team player pag may ganyang collaboration. Sana magrelease sila ng studio version nitong HSH, definitely it will be a huge it!

Eto po yung gusto ko mapanood na mga klase ng RV especially sa mga taong nagwowork related sa music, kasi matatalas ang pandinig at napaansin, yung mga dapat mapansin nila and na appreciate even the smallest details, hindi po ako singer pero medyo matalas yung tenga ko sa mga performance, hahaha, hindi nila sinayang yung mga panahon na nagaantay tyo sa comeback nila, talagang naghanda sila, lalo po silang gumaling lahat, pero gusto ko talagang purihin si Josh, kc grabe nakakaproud, at nakakaproud silang lahat!👏💙

While I love the entire performance and arrangement, Stell singing the bridge really brought me to tears when I first saw this. It was just so beautiful hearing his angelic voice soar as high as Regine's in the same octave effortelessly but with so much passion!
HSH is my favourite song from their GITZ album and it's a treat to have two different but equally beautiful versions to listen to now!

Ako sa part ni josh sobra yung bash sa kanya pero hindi sya nagpaapekto at kita naman sa performance yung improvement nya and sobrang napapansin kona konti lang yung nakakaaappreciate sa kanya, pero proud ako sa tao nayan. Hardwork beats talent. 💙
Josh improved significantly, S n P are my faves but loved them all, I have big respect on Josh, he is Real, very grounded sya, response nya sa negs is to quietly fight and make improvements, that's why he's my 3rd person.
@@missamagda1887 gifted na kasi talaga yung iba sa kanila pero sya sobrang hirap ng pinagdaanan nya sobrang bilib talaga ako sa kanya. Kaya naiinis din ako minsan sa bumabash sa kanya kasi hindi naman nila alam yung hirap nung tao para mapunta sa ganyang kasikatan. Saka everytime na napag-uusapan sa interview yung vocals ng bawat isa makikita mo sa mukha nya yung lungkot. Basta bilib ako sa tao nayan ang taas ng respeto ko sa kanya.
@@chanpodz9696 yep, he can handle himself, he's my choice in raps, his flows are so good, u noticed almost all of his becomes iconic, fr what, bazinga, wyat.. he might not be at par vocally but his flows and cadence were awesome, that's why those talks of him not really contributing to the grp was very offensive, some people are so blinded, too bias.
