Path to Deicide is a Sonic.exe series of Friday Night Funkin' songs. It primarily features two EXE characters known as Sl4sh and Fatal Error, the latter being less of an EXE now and more of an original concept. Sl4sh's songs were created by the one and only MarStarBro, who has also created Too Slow, You Can't Run, Triple Trouble, Faker, and more. Fatal Error's song, Fatality, was created by Saster, who is a major FNF producer responsible for many popular songs including Game Over, Too Slow Encore, Atrocity, and Mismatch (love Mismatch). Oh by the way, if you want a medal click here. He's also worked on very prominent FNF mods such as Indie Cross, Sonic.exe (of course), Hypno's Lullaby, Vs. Impostor V4, Corruption, and Entity. Another EXE featured in PtD is Requital. He was created by CommandoDev and his song, Forestall Desire, was made by Armydillo. Army is also well-known for creating other Sonic.exe songs such as Prey, which is a song from the Starved week. Another featured EXE, though not an EXE in name, is Majin Sonic. Majin has been a very popular figure within the Sonic the Hedgehog community because of his mysterious appearance in Sonic CD. He has gained extra popularity from the EXE community because of his uncanny nature. He features in one of the most well-known FNF songs of all time, Endless, created by the aforementioned MarStarBro. New Endless is better you twerps. Cyclops.ISO is the main character of the Speed.GIF mod. He features in a song against Fatal Error called Instigation. Path to Deicide FNF EXE SonicEXE god Deicide lol. lmao, even. Hope you enjoy.

i like how gridlock means a situation where no progress is made, and parts of the song such as Cyclops screaming “Again!” repeat many times, it kinda shows how it truly is a gridlock
I can also see it being a reference to Cyclops's song gimmick, where he creates a barrier to stop the player from making any progress past the halfway mark.
I really loved the detail that Sl4sh's vocals are overpowered by Fatal's and Cyclops', like the person who's trying to break up the argument gets pushed aside
the ex boyfriend vs the current boyfriend.. so peak.

Every voice you hear in Path to Deicide (except Fatal Error), it is voiced by Gas. He uses effects to change his voice.

This is pretty good imo. I like that back and forth between fatal and cyclops. Also, I find it interesting that different timelines have different members of the group. Realistically, I don't expect them to have songs, but a part of me is curious what the names of their songs would be if they did have one.
considering I’ve been a fan of Speed.GIF, I know that they’ll be a reference to that one song in the Cylops mod where Fatal and him fought. I wonder if he’ll do the same here? edit: last second guess and I was right! they referenced Instigation and even a motif from there! though one thing I wasn’t expecting was how Cyclops looked, definitely stranger than the others I’ve seen.. but nonetheless still a good song! thank you once again for making this GasGrass!

Just realized this is structured more like a mainstream song, with a chorus and verses/bridges in between, unlike a lot of other fnf songs. At first i thought it was a bit repetitive, but it very quickly grew on me and became ony of my favorites. Thanks for another banger!
Yes, glad you noticed! The song's instrumental was made before the vocals, and I made it in a way where it would work as a level song for a game. The structure follows Jake Kaufman's (Shovel Knight composer) structure almost exactly, with the bridge being followed by a repeat of the intro.
The party is an interesting concept, I'm wondering if we will have this timeline brought back again and used? Party seems like an awesome group

Hang on I just noticed this. If you look closely at the video's thumbnail you can faintly see the circle mark that's on Vagrants glove, and well, all over his stuff I guess. If you look at ISO's face you can kinda see one half of it, and I know it probably doesn't mean anything that SL4SH is in the middle of the circle but, still a nice detail. I wonder if the next songs thumbnail will also have this mark though? Maybe just more visible like it's signifying our progress to the final song? idunno, just a neat detail I noticed when taking a closer look at the thumbnail

Fouth recruitment attempt? Even if we count fatal as the first recruit (one that seems to always work) that only brings the primary timeline to three recruits. Does that mean X didnt stop them from recruiting more people in this timeline?

@@justsem1368 but its the *fourth* recruitment attempt. And again, in the primary timeline there are only three. One/all of those would have had to fail (be it with someone else maybe) for this timeline to have a fourth unless X didnt stop them from recruit more people.
The smallest differences at the beginning can snowball into big ones.
