If you're new to my channel and videos, hi! I'm Evan Edinger, and I make travel vlogs of all the exciting places I visit. I started travel vlogging about 6 years ago because I wanted to see more of the world and be able to watch back some of my adventures. At 2:05 I was distracted for a few seconds prior so when I looked back it looked really weird as if Evan had stretched himself out to set the kettle down and somehow stir the dish on the stove.

Why are your enchiladas dry?? Sauce Evan, you need to sauce your enchiladas! My heart hurts. I would ask what the English have done too you, but you're from New Jersey and there are just more Cuban and Puerto Rican influence on the food. Enchiladas require a savory sauce (usually made with chili but there is even a swiss milk based variety), sauce the tortillas before filling them, and then cover them in the rest of the sauce before baking.

Evan, are you thinking about proper railway photography? If so, look at the works of :- Eric Treacy (that's the really traditional style of railway photograph), Paul Riley (who was the exact opposite, weird angles and odd framing devices), Les Nixon (The good doctor is still with us, and still taking photographs - probably a member of the technician wing of railway photography, certainly was in the days of film), Brian Morrison (the solid all rounder of the genre - and also still with us!), Colin Gifford (think of a more sober-sided Paul Riley), Barry Nicolle (Semi-traditional, now taking photos of wildfire and architecture) and Alan (Alun?) Wyn-Hobson (also a solid all rounder, but some of his write-ups are very funny - the story of him nearly getting pulled over by the police is hilarious!).
Can we get a recipe for those enchiladas they look delicious

Dear UK citizens watching this... Did people really care about the restrictions? Did most people not meet? In Germany, I feel I saw even more friends before covid because everyone was so bored and we had more 1 on 1 meetings than ever (legally) but also game nights with one established group of 6 (kinda illegally but also we were always the same people and most of us in home office anyway)
Most behaved. Many idiots didn’t and had people round all the time and always those having big parties/funerals/weddings as they are morons and deserve the worst but generally it’s been pretty stuck to and these last couple of weeks have made a big difference and change.
