I am aware of the trophy that is bugged to pop up it's random. I told the player who sent the friend request to me & had the same issue too. What you need to do is when you have Roblox running you & your friend. You are both in the PSN party chat at the same time. You need to reset the game & then run Roblox again. Sometimes, you may have to send a friend request over Roblox so the game recognizes those gamer tags. If steps 1 & 2 work then you're welcome. If both methods don't work then you can send me a friend request we will figure out together why it's not popping
I had the same counter with others who couldn't unlock it. I always tell them to restart the game meanwhile I run Roblox in the background while at the PlayStation party
It did work out with another person that I helped out recently. All I know is it’s a random pop up but I am aware when it’s buggy. Trust me, I have been searching for other articles as to why this trophy is buggy. There were no resources for it. All, I can tell you is keep trying & be patient with it

Yes, I have continued helping others out, so far the people that I helped who got the trophy unlocked no issue. But they can't message me if there are my friends only cause I do not accept open messages but my account is open to send a friend request from there

Idk why but this trophy just doesnt pop out.Has the friend in the party join you in the game or not.I tried it with an alt and it doesnt work :(
