And why not for a final stipulation, if the possessed cant refuel the car in time, the car takes their life instead

I wish you know how expensive custom portal setups are? and the fabrication involved is so in depth! and then you need a new fuel system that can deliver the souls to the engine and ya gotta make a pact with a speed demon to tune you car to make it run good it's just so much hassle.
