@TimSchuette-tl2ie dartzone hasn't created a blaster with a better value than the Xshot longshot or the nerf stryfe x. And, the quality you get from worker makes the price of everything they sell a better value than anything from any other company. Dart zone makes the nexus pro x and they are suddenly the company with the best bang for your buck? Nope!
Dart Zone absolutely hit a home run with this one; stellar performance out of the box and including so many nice features for just a $50 price tag. Very impressive stuff!
The glasses are actually really good! I was super surprised. real good quality and it was like I wasn't wearing anything. Way better than the dartzone glasses
The regular SCAR included can post a Mega XL dart as well, and actually fires them pretty decently Also, I am nitpicking here, but the Box is claiming 200 feet in Range, not FPS… I haven’t measured yet, but I’d say it’s probably pretty close to that if not over… the OG Nexus Pro only claimed 125 feet in Range and I reached out to 140-150 feet in range with many shots.
Oh, I definitely think this blaster reaches that number! Probably a bit further. And with the 250 spring? OMG! But, as far as the range claim versus FPS claim, I was referencing the page for this blaster on their website. Yes, it does have the 200-foot distance claim, but it also claims 200 FPS. The problem with the range claim thing is that it's typically not accurate. Dart Zone is usually underselling their blaster when it comes to range claims! For example, the MK-2 claims 125 feet and 120 FPS (that's pretty accurate). However, we also have blasters like the MK-1.2, as well as MK-4, that fire and claim at around 200 FPS. But both those blasters keep the 125-foot range claim, which is very much inaccurate! Clearly, a blaster firing at 200 FPS will fire further than a blaster firing at 120 FPS, despite the range claim being the same. Besides that, I didn't know you could fire Mega XL on the SCAR, I have to try it now! 😅
I used this blaster at Maryland Mayhem and at an outdoor event and let me tell you it is amazing. It is currently main blaster for competitive play, replacing my Harrier
@@kingofgames234consistency and weight. My Harrier is pretty finicky with darts, Even with brand new ones, so it tends to squib occasionally and sometimes it does it a lot. At the MFT when I chronographed it the consistency was all over the place. Plus it’s heavier and longer than my Nexus X which makes it harder to move around cover, particularly areas where I have to snap shoot really fast- it can be quite hard to do that with my Harrier. I also suck at aiming a red dot left handed and I’m really accurate with the Nexus X by just using the rail. I don’t feel quite as accurate with my Harrier. It also has a shorter stroke on the prime making follow up shots just that much quicker
Hi Foam Quest I reviewed the specter recently and I am happy to say that I already got some of the money for the blasters I want to buy and by the end of the week I will order the double punch and turbine together with batteries and new xshot darts all for 71€.And my opinion on the nexus pro x is that it is overall improved I would just want the full lenght dart compatibility .
Awesome blaster for $50. The bcar they sell on their website has metal bearings but it makes sense they had to cut cost somewhere. Would be interesting to see if the metal bearings make much of a difference, maybe just longevity
Okay, I guess the included one does have plastic wheels! I totally thought they were metal! Still works great! Yeah, I'm not sure if they'd make a real difference? But the included one is silent. Do you have experience with the website model? Is it noisy?
Do you know the fps numbers with the different springs that they sell for this? I would want my blasters to hit around 150fps and for that this hits way too hard stock.
I haven't made a spring testing video yet, but I do have some numbers! With the lower power spring, you can buy from Dart Zone, this blaster (depending on the darts) hits between 130 and 160 FPS! Sounds like what you're looking for! Also, with the easier prime, slamfire is a breeze!
Okay, so, what other blasters have you been able to comfortably prime? With this blaster, the stock spring is pretty heavy but less heavy than things like the MK-1.2. However, you can get a spring kit for this blaster. It comes with a stronger and weaker spring. The harder spring is INSANE and requires a lot of strength to operate. But the weaker spring is SUPER easy to use! It makes slamfiring a breeze! Anyway, this blaster gives you some wiggle room! (If you buy the $10 spring kit)
This blaster amazing, but i kinda sad this out performance MK-4 😢 I already bought it. Yet this one is tempting me so bad lol. Btw love ur video as always. And oh i buy the Hypnos like u said, but the used one, cant find any new one. So its still in good condition so im happy with it.
Hey, well, the MK-4 still has much better upgrade potential! I'll say this, the Nexus Pro X is not the most comfortable with the heavier 250 spring you can buy! The MK-4 can definitely achieve higher numbers through upgrades without becoming really difficult to prime. I'm glad you found a Hypnos that worked for you!
@@foamquest yeah u right. And the most important thing MK4 really feels like sniper. And have a really solid build, yeah hypnos is amazing feels like a solid and have a lot of unique features
@@foamquest I prefer function, ease of use, and performance over quality. A lightly modded xsls can hit 240, double load, and is shorter than and weighs less than a nexus pro x. Is everything metal in the nexus pro x? Most things are in a lightly modded xsls. It might feel cheap, but it isn't gonna break as easily as people think. I love mine. For the price, there's nothing better, in my opinion.
Wow
What an awesome blaster for $50.00. Thanks for taking us through the features. Thanks for all the hard work. Keep the fantastic videos coming.
Thank you! Will do! ;)
I'm really loving the way this looks, and can't wait to get my hands on this! Also you're almost at 4k subs! Let's goooo 🔥

Thoughtful look at the NPX. I liked that you tested the bamboo darts, surprised it was that much more FPS than with the stock darts.
The scope looks like the one from the Conerfire. Such a nice looking blaster, with better performance, well done Dart Zone!
