They (and the birds) create a composition that your eyes can follow easily, adding a lot of movement and perspective to the piece, which gives it a lot more visual interest. The contrast of the dark silhouettes adds a lot of visual interest as well! Nature without power lines is beautiful, but they're doing a lot of work in this image (:

I showed this video to my daughter last month, and she asked for a painting set for Christmas. Today we watched the video again while she followed and tried it for herself. The fact that you're encouraging her is ABSOLUTELY amazing, I find videos like these very helpful because I'm a visual learner, so finding her learning style will help, another artist in here is serena art, similar style to this amazing artist, searching up "painting videos" might also help. If there's an art program at school, I'd recommend enrolling her in those, I wish her the best of luck 😊

I love how the colors are blended well that shows what is the color of our sunset. The medium and the canvas are compatible that gives a smooth looking painting.
