Thanks for the video! I’ve always wondered what the optimal height for a swing would be! I’ve been on a super high swing but you couldn’t pump hard enough to maintain the swing. So you think 13 feet would work?
Hey doing well, still gets stuff near the hamstring sometimes after a run or long hike, but been working on stretching which helps. Planning to play volleyball tonight.

I think it would, 11 is still fairly easy to get going. Let me know how it goes if you build it.
