    Sir mujhe direct dhyan karne me ekagrta nahi ho Pati. Lakin
    Mantra jaap ke sath mujhe bahut accha lagta h Vishashkar Om mantra ke saath. Kya. dhyan ka ye tarika b sahi h.

    In one of his discourses,osho says that although he explains the techniques he know but the path has to be choosen/found/invented by sadhaks on their own acc to their nature.
    Q- Whatever teacher tells,tells according to his own technique which is subjective.
    So how can it help someone having opposite nature.
    Disciple might cultivate great reverence & respect for the guru but what about essense?
    Q-What path/technique should be incorporated by people :
    1.Operating from left brain?
    2.Operating from left brain mainly & right brain slightly.

      one has to experiment with different techniques.....ultimately it's for the sadhaka to decide what works best for him/her

    Dada ji me 3 saal pahle depression ka sikaar ho gaya tha kyoki mere sar me kae saalo se bhari pan hai iske karan mujhe focus krne me samajhne me baat krne me dikkat hoti thi, me is bimari ke chalte na to me kabhi dost bana paya na hi khus rah paya..
    Dhimme dime krke mere andar darr bharta chala gaya ki eese to me kabhi kuch nahi kr payunga or vakayi mujhe kuch bhi krne me bahut problem hoti bhi thi 3 saal pahle me itna darr gaya ki mera BP high ho gaya..or mere brain me or body me eek sunn pan sa door gaya.. us waqt mujhe laga jese me sab kuch bhul jaunga or kuch gala kr dunga..ye darr mere mann me itna gahra utar gaya ki har pah mujhe dimang me chalta rahta or bahut bura darr lagta rahta..
    Mra treatment psychiatrist suru ho gaya or abhi 2 mahine pahle hi pura hua hai usne mujhe bahut dwai khilayi mujhe thora aaram to mila pr abhi bhi mujhe focus krne me, baat samajhne me , yaad krne me , bolne me dikkat hoti hai or har pal darr lagta rahta hai.
    Me kya krun krpaya batyiye isse kese sahi karun?

      @@AnandDwivedi369 Dadaji mujhe har pal lagta rahta hai jese me kisi sapne me ji raha huun , jo kuch bhi mere aas pass ho Raha hai wo sab sapna sa or dikhawa sa lagta hai, mera mn reality ko accept nahi kr pa raha mere mn me ye Darr betha hua hai ki Mera dimang hosh me kaam nahi kr raha, in sabke Karan mere mn me har pal Darr rahta hai ki agar me hosh me na aaya to na Jane kya kya kho dunga or na hi kabhi kisi chiz ko Jaan paunga. In sabke Karan Mera dimang har pal satark rahta hai.

    Guru ji mujhe sir dard hai 3 sal se, me video games me itna jada addicted hogya ki sube 9 baje se subhe ki 4 baje tak khelta tha or sleep bohot distrub hogyi or mere sir ki nasse bohot fool gyi or pain hota h pure din, meri help kijiye 🥺🙏🏻, mene Ahmedabad k ache doctor ko bhi dikhaya or unhone kaha ki brain me chemical nhi baan rhe h feel good vale, isliye unhone serotonin tablets 8 months tak likhi h, please aap meri help kro 🙏🏻

      bakery stuff/processed food mut khao.....whole grains, beans ,khatte phal or pattewali sabjiyan khao....ankurit moong jaroor khao rooj, non-veg/alcohol/smoke se door raho....brahmcharya ka palan kero.....instrumental classical music per dance kero....vigorous exercise kero.....pranayam or meditation kero...koi instrument bajana seekho...doctor ke paas mut jao or koi dawai mut khao...sab theek ho jayega. BE HAPPY !

    Thank you for your kind knowledge! I don't do sitting meditation, I just do everyday mindful awareness meditation in anything I can or experience, I want to ask you regarding the "Jatka" I normally experience this when I am tried and sleeping at night, it can even wake up me, the shock "Jatka" is quite strong that my body make sudden jerky movement, this is happening since quite many years especially when I am tried and sleeping at night. May be my shock is nothing related to energy building in my body? or just physically problem? It only happen at night during sleep. Thank you!

    Sir kya aap online workshop le sakte hain dhyan par, kyunki mujhe vishwas hai bahut saari female aapke yahan nahi aa sakti hai, hamein bhi vo anubhav prapt kar sake ghar pe, agr sir aap start karein to please update kijyegaa. Sir mujhe dhyan mein to nahi but haan sote waqt zarur zhatke se lagte hain kya yahi reason hai jo aapne share kiya thank you
