im not a girl but i think 2XL is the perfect size, it's not too big nor too small. It sits perfectly between the average size of a human body to hulk like bodies.
I wouldn't say it's average. It's pretty much the maximum size the vast majority of the population can reach without resorting to steroids. Kinda clear from the fact that he works out 6 days a week to maintain that body
2XL is what I fit into without lifting weights. It's pretty average. I'm not even 6 feet tall.
I've considered lifting weights, but where would I even buy shirts then????

4xl фигурой похож на моего папу (безумно скучаю 😢). Он мастер спорта по самбо, КМС по дзюдо и всю жизнь он с утра делал упражнения, их приучил сосед таксист со двора, собирал пацанов в 6 утра перед школой и занимался с ними, чтобы скучно не было одному. Дальше секция самбо, военное училище и соревнования до 35 лет. Папка грамот и медалей 1,2,3 места по областям и России (при СССР) Пока позволяло здоровье он дом тягал гирю в 32 кг почти каждый день. А дальше - лечебную гимнастику. Всему научил и показал. По иронии судьбы, Я вышла замуж за парня размером l, с учётом роста😄.

Im a leaner version of 4xl LOL His body when he is competing is better than mine, its very lean. I dont do competitions. Speaking from experience, being this muscular can be annoying if you live outside of the US, im in Spain now and everything is a lot smaller for me so i have to adjust to it.
