Installation Tips
■ This product is a liquid level control valve.
■ After installation, the float must be vertical. If you need to install from the top, you need an elbow to connect the float valve and the inlet line. First, fix the water inlet pipeline on a horizontal surface, and then connect the automatic water level control valve to the water inlet according to the standard.
■ The main water inlet should be aligned with the normal diameter of the control valve.
■ When in use, the shut-off valve should be fully opened.
■ If two valves are installed in the same tank, they should be kept at the same level.
■ Before installation, please clean the impurities in the pipeline to prevent blockage.
■ If the water quality is not good, the valve needs to be properly maintained.
■ If the user finds that the time for adding water becomes longer, please clean the water inlet and rinse

Good explanation and loved the mockup tanks. Question: is this true: If (when) the float valve system fails, you have full bore inlet water flow, and flood in your house. Too much water inlet overwhelms the overflow. If the brass lever arm system fails, you have slow trickle continuing, and trickle goes out the overflow pipe. No disaster. Is this correct?
I believe both are the same when they failed.

Would it not exert a back pressure to the water pump particularly in big housing complex where multiple no. of overhead tanks are filled by running a single pump from the reservoir?

The third model starts at 03:07 which is connected to the bottom of the tank, it will begin filling the tank when the water reaches the bottom (The tank becomes empty) and stops filling the tank when the tank is full..is that right....Thank you...

I just bought one of these on Amazon. I hesitated for several weeks now wondering what type of threads I would have to match up to. No mention of the thread type on this video or on the packaging.

unscrew it and have a look at the plastic float, might be some sands or fine stone blocking its way.

This valve seems more tahan than the normal pelampung one.
So far so good!
But this compact float valve will only allow small amount of water to be used and your water pump will keep running every few seconds depending how big your water tank is.
choose the right size.
Water full lank automatic motor off
It will damage your water tank pipes if this cuts off water supply. The motor should be switched off instead of blocking the water flow. Blocking the pipe may cause damage to pipes. Use carefully.
