    Ingredients
    1. Bottle gourd (ചുരക്ക)
    2. Salt for taste
    3. Green chilli - 3 Nos
    4. Turmeric powder
    5. Red chilli powder
    6. Fenugreek (ഉലുവ)
    7. Jeera (cumin seeds)
    7. Grated coconut (200 gram) - 2 handfull
    8. Curd (1 cup)
    9. mustard seeds
    Description
    1. First clean and cut the bottle gourd to small pieces and cook the same with pinch of salt and turmeric and red chilli powder (10 min)
    2. Take the grated coconut and green chilli , salt , water (a little) and fenugreek and make a paste, then add cumin seed and make the coconut a paste
    3. add the coconut paste to the cooked bottle gourd and cook for 5 minutes
    4. take a cup of curd and blend in a mixer and add the same to the cooked bottle gourd then heat for few minutes
    5. take a pan and heat oil (3 spoons) add the mustard seeds (കടുക്) for tadka , fenugreek and red chilli add the tadka to the cooked curry
    mix well , the curry is ready.
