This is not me confirming Cell is the weakest. I just like hearing others opinions :) The way I play Raider (no camping bodies, mostly going for Civs, basically giving the survivors a chance) Cell has just been the hardest doing this type of playstyle. ig I have to camp more haha
KBM, makes cell lvl3 just fine outside of lockon. Cell can be difficult in my experience because you got to be moving and thwartin them plans. Definitely do not leave zones B and D on waterfront around. And please when you be getting your human slurpee look around for their friends to toss their shoes and gum and give them a ki blast in their face first.

Heres how I rank the raiders. #4, Cell Cell starts out weak in his larva form but his 1st form is a lot better. His semi perfect and perfect forms are more of power boosts than real improvements in my opinion. #3, Buu. Buu does a lot of damage but takes a lot as well. Early Spopovich game is hard, but if you get into your second form fast enough, you can cause havoc. #2, Freiza. Freiza is like Cell in the way that his other forms are more of power boosts, however, all of his moves are better and damage dealed against him adds to his gauge which can lead to clutches. #1, Vegeta. Bro is literally busted. If you kill his first two form he is still kicking after that. Other than that he’s just really strong. I’ve only won against Vegeta once before. Cell evolve the fastest out of all raiders and it's common to see him being level 4 in less than 5 minutes. My record is evolving into level 4 Cell in a little more than 3 minutes. Cell is more like stomping you for being too slow to stop him, kind of. In a way it's the same with every raider, they stomp you if you are too slow to do objectives and get stronger but it's even more true with Cell. Also honestly I'm jealous that you DID get stomped on these first few clips. I have to actively TRY to spare the survivor, go for civilians and let them do most thing for them to even stand a chance.
Honestly I think Cell is the strongest raider in the game, with the buff to his 2nd form it makes it so that he can actually just win in 4 minutes from outpacing the entire survivor team
As a Cell main it's all about speed and knowing when to drop focus when a civ is nearby. After all...less civ's means less change power despite how small it is...but yeah, I will say one thing...use everything you have at your disposal...after all...as a Raider your supposed to be controlling how the games go....
The thing with cell is that if you make just one mistake it can cost you the game. The mistake you did here was chasing the guy who shot that rocket at you. Should have just committed.
Cell needs to destroy/camp areas and be an opportunist and not be super aggressive like other raiders such as Frieza and Vegeta. Each raider requires a different playstyle which means you have to change your playstyle to be successful that's why you struggled with Cell.
ngl, I don't play The Breakers, as it's just fun enough to watch you play. Is there no way to get around the motorbike at all? I heard you'll go faster as the Raider, if you stay locked on and keep them centered in the middle of the screen, but idk if that's enough to make a difference. Also, why not just be aggressive back to Survivors that harass you? Throw a Kamehameha their way, or feign a chase, to scare them off, then return to finish off a downed player. They won't have a reason to stop being pests, if you let them walk all over you.
There are ways to get people of the bike after they buffed almost all ki blasts hitboxes for the Raider, but the problem is when they combine it the the Barrier skill as it gives a few seconds of invincibility so that plus the bike usually us a free escape from any Raider, stage 3 Cell, spopovich, Saibamen and stage 1 Frieza probably have the Hardest time getting them while stage 2 and 3 Buu/ Frieza, stage 2 and 4 Cell can get them somewhat cosistently if you manage to position yourself somewhat ok thanks to the spamable ki blasts.
It doesn't help Autoaim is the most useless goddamn feature for ki blasts, how many Bikes i could destroy if i wasn't aim where they are instead of where they're freaking going

I main Cell as the raider and I full on agree he is the hardest to use, especially because lvl 1 and 2 are just bad, also lvl 3 ki blast suck.

how much does having upgraded skills count? your cell is pretty low level, especially compared to the 100s

Coming from a lvl 100 Buu, it could go either way. Because Buu lvl 3 is way stronger than Cell lvl 3. Cell has an easier time just getting to 3.

I used to main cell, and over the season I had got him to level 60 in total.
My vegeta (new main) is at level 63 already.

It’s funny I just got out of a match playing cell and it doesn’t feel like he’s weak
Personally when I play Raider I let the survivors have more of a chance than they should but when I do it with Cell I definitely regret it later.
Cell is the easiest Raider for me it just take a bit to understand how to play him Frieza really hard to play. But Frieza best raider.
