I love the concept of this video but I don't think resigning a player multiple times necessarily means he's your favourite. For example, I highly doubt Mourinho's favourite player is Matic. When you said Mourinho I thought of Drogba, Essien and Ibrahimovic. Especially Essien. Their relationship is actually very touching. Mourinho even jokingly calls him his white daddy. He visited Ghana and saw Essien's entire family and said African players love him. I've never heard of Mourinho having a close relationship with Matic like that. Matic was just a special player, fit perfectly into his system and was a reasonable target to buy again at a different club, especially at his age.
