Thanks! Yeah, it's one of the toughest "fast sections" of any Touhou piece. I believe it's up there with Plain Asia as far as difficulty goes...I guess ZUN really liked making insane piano parts for Touhou 8 lol

@@ViddyWellSA11 ZUN tends to be particularly recognizable and his works are almost all similiar to each other, even with all the differencies and innovations (your piano version of Kingdom of Nothingness helped me realize that by making me listen better to the melody within all the new soundfonts used in Touhou 19) so i guess that's why, even though everyone of us has a favoutire song, we can't really say the others are as almost good as the one we prefer. I couldn't explain what i mean any better, i used almost all my braincells today trying to be productive.

I’m learning this piece and it’s hard. I’m also self-taught, and don’t know some things, like fingering, so I watch all recorded videos with hands visible to see how people play it, but even with 0.25x time it’s hard to see anything, it’s just too fast. I think that it’s a bit awkward to ask, but it would be great if you could share the fingerings you followed at fast moments, like in the middle part. It would help me a lot, thanks in advance!

Thank you so much for your comment! To be honest, I'm not really good at giving tips since I'm not really sure what works and what doesn't. All I can say is that I first started by simply playing piano for hours and hours a day, realizing I was already kinda good at it and just kept going. I personally never asked for a teacher's help because I was incredibly stubborn and I wanted to learn these pieces all by myself. Unfortunately I'm kinda like that, but I guess it worked out in the end. However, that is not what I would personally recommend! Learning with a teacher is still the safest option. If you don't have access to that, you're gonna have to practice more than usual I feel like. It's totally possible to do it as a self-taught. There are also various tutorials online that cover some aspects about techniques and all that. But in the end it all comes down to you. If one really wants to learn piano, he/she will do it regardless of the method :)
