When I have asked God to make plain a prophesy, He has told me in plain English what He meant. It was audible and i did not get heartburn and the prophesy proved true. I think that everyones experiences with the Lord are according to their expectations and their specific prayer. When I WAS BORN AGAIN IN 1999. i kept looking for confirmation. I ASKED FOR THE EVIDENCE OF TONGUES. it took several weeks but while on my knees in fervent prayer, I received it and felt a refreshing like I never felt before. now when I read my Bible aloud the Spirit comes on me and the tongues just spew out. As an intercessor I sometimes find myself praying in the Spirit for people that I don't even know.but the Lord told me that If I'm not instant in prayer he has another to take my place. I don't want the rocks to cry out in my place. I m grateful for your ministry and your prophetic words. Your lessons have given me great comfort. Thank you.
I asked God why he didn't enter ever person's dreams and let them know that you are God. A few days later all I saw was people prophecying God anointing people all over the world!.WOW!!!. I have never felt so alive 🙏

It is only God who can clarify His word to you. 2 Peter 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 2 Kings 7:1 Then Elisha said, “Hear the word of the Lord. Thus says the Lord: ‘Tomorrow about this time ....... Notice how specific the word of God is: Tomorrow, a time like this...... In Acts 9, the voice of Jesus to Saul is very clear and the instructions he gets are very clear. in summary, the voice of God is clear. And if it is in symbols you cant undertand (like Pharaoh's dream) , then ask God for clarity.
The Holy Spirit does whisper wisdom to me. I know it's him because there is no way I would have had that as an original thought. Something you said spurred a whispering in my mind. "Many seek the supernatural before seeking the substance." This was directed to me for sure. I always crave the supernatural.
I have always heard the prompting and directions from the Lord, but 5 months ago, He started speaking to me in a whole new, prophetic way. Now, I feel like I have fallen in love with Him all over again. I get to where I can't wait to sit at my table, study the Word, pray, and listen to what He has to say. I am head over heels crazy about Jesus!
The Lord told me that the lack of repentance in the body on the daily is what is keeping us from claiming all of the victory that has already been accomplished. The church is not emphasizing regular, frequent repentance for restoration. He said that even Jesus prayed that the Lord forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us in the Lord's Prayer example of how to pray. His face is turned from an unrepentant heart. Please hear this!! Praise God!!

My prayer is that God will open his eyes for him to see what our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ can do with our lives. We've been saved for 2 years now since 2018, please pray for us and our spiritual growth. I believe that God can use us to save many souls and experience Heaven down here on earth and that he has a purpose and a plan for us despite our past mistakes.
Amen on your point about the speaking in tongues NOT being the evidence of baptism by the Holy Spirit/Salvation. I didn't speak in tongues for over a decade after being saved, during which Jesus was kind enough to visit me twice in the Spirit. And on neither occassion did He say I'm blowing if by not making speaking in tongues a priority. Even after I started speaking in Tongues, the Lord had to send an angel to assure me that Yes, I actually was speaking in tongues, it wasn't something weird happening in my mind. Bless you my brother! Cuz' I got so offended at some of the more radical Pentacostal churches treating me like I was some second class Christian---when most of them never had any visitations from Jesus like I had!! The Spirit of religion is sooooo evil!

Just after we came out of lockdown the weather was great but it just kept getting hotter in the end I started asking God to make it rain, just to cool down. Every day I would ask then one day I asked God one more time! This time I heard God say "be careful what you wish for Amanda". Well I now know what he meant once it started raining it great. I love this 🔥 thank you brother, but I would say that the main evidence of being born again is not being able to prophesy (especially when we keep in mind Matthew 7:22-23 and Balaam) can be extracted straight from 1 John. Basically our love for God and for one another and our confession of the gospel of Jesus Christ (the spirit of prophecy) and having the Holy Spirit. I do believe that it is a sign that you have received the Holy Ghost when you speak in tongues. Acts 2,10,19 all reference it. Acts 8 implies it because Simon the sorcerer saw what was happening and wanted the power for him self. There’s a lot more I can say and teach about it, but there’s too much to put in a comment section. Brother Tomi, you said you are teachable, I hope that you can be. You need revelation and clarification.
Thank You (!), thank you for clarifying what I've heard, over & over: "Be born again with the evidence...". This statement had me in such a quandary. I wondered if I really had The Holy Spirit dwelling within because I was unsure that I was truly praying in The Spirit. (Kind of a loop.) I do have The Spirit of Prophecy (of course, I'm still a student of Holy Spirit & know only in part) so, thanks to your teaching, I'm assured that it's not my wishful desires/thinking. Sometimes understanding is so available that, just like looking for a particular item in the pantry, it can be right in front of our nose. That's when hearing the teachings of The Word are of great benefit. Again, thank you for shining light upon it.
1 Cor. 12:29-30 makes it so clear that not everyone speaks in tongues. The Spirit distributes different gifts to each individual according to His will.

I am an alcoholic and addict and before I speak in meetings I pray and ask God to give me the words the wisdom to speak what someone needs to hear. And He almost always does depending on me because I'm not always as receptive as I should be.
I really like what you’re saying around 43:15 and agree... but the Bible does say that those who believe will speak in tongues... Mark 16:17 KJV And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues
33:15 - Hahaha, I just have to say, that God did tell me to wash the Dishes and Toilet (along with other things), at first it was apart of killing Self in me but then it turned into me taking most of the responsibility of cleaning the house (5 people living in), so that He could show His character through selfless acts and then also so that the other 4 people in the house would be able to go into a season of wilderness that they could handle (selfishness is a massive problem in my house and it was being used against our walks with God), so God removed this bullet from the enemies chamber, there is a lot more strategic reasons for this which Is not easy to mention but I trusted that God had bigger plans and when I followed Him down this path, He revealed a lot of ways that He uses the foolish things to confound the wise (1 Cor 1:27). Doing daily chores is good, Doing daily chores to help others is better, humbly doing your chores purely because you love God and want to dedicate each task for His glory (as a form of worship in spirit and in truth) is the goal that God is leading us to (im still working on this part but God does use these things In greater ways than we realise) I loved the teachings you shared in this video brother Tomi.

I have come across prophets who call out names, dates of birth, relatives, history of an individual etc. I believed ( I could be wrong and would be happy to be corrected) the prophet received all this information through revelation. This is a difficult one. If you filter this through the Word you see that any supposed minister who uses this type of thing that you mentioned to proclaim you should give him/her money, or uses his position to manipulate for sex....than you can assuredly know that it is not from God. There are genuine and true Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors & Teachers.....but there are also contrary divination spirits that operate with an appearance of Prophet. I have encountered both. The fake are into sexual immorality and money obsession. No genuine Prophet will lead you into sin.
Be born again with the evidence of the spirit of prophecy. I believe Sir. Alexander Dowei never spoke in tongues Sir, he didn't even believe in it. But he worked wonders for Jesus. Thank you Sir for this revelation

As to hearing the voice of God being a matter of discernment only, I would point out that definitely applies to the voice of the Holy Spirit, but there was no need to "discern" when Jesus and on another occassion Father God spoke to me audibly. It wa obvious. Remember, My sheep hear my voice and follow me.
"be born again with the evidence of tongues" is a phrase I've never heard in a Pentecostal church (though I've been in many over many decades). The mainstream of Pentecostals believe that being born again/saved precedes the "BAPTISM" of the Holy Spirit. (I have heard them use the term "BAPTISM of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues" but I believe that is biblically justified).

You are right that speaking in tongues is not necessarily evidence of the holy spirit but i also think neither is Prophesying. 1st John 4:1 tells us to test every spirit because there are false prophets here on earth. In Mathew 7:15-20, Jesus tells us to beware of false prophets, he also tells us that "by their fruits we will know them" Acts 16:16-18 shows us the picture of a girl who was demon possessed but prophesied. "She followed Paul and the rest of us, shouting, “These men are servants of the Most High God, and they have come to tell you how to be saved.” Acts 16:17 NLT. She was demon possessed but still prophesied and what she prophesied was actually true! So bottomline, based on scriptures i think the "deciding factor" of a born-again believer is the spirit that dwells in us and the fruit that spirit produces. Keeping in mind John 15:1-7, if we the branches are connected to the vine which is Jesus then we should be bearing fruits of the spirit. Sorry for the long epistle loll I stand to be corrected though if I'm wrong or misapplying scriptures.
It may not say you have got to be born again through speaking in tongues, but most people would like to know that you did receive the Holy Spirit Act 2:4, Act 2:38, Act 10:42-46, Act 19:1-6 and by the way, don't mock the tounges just because you may feel it is not necessary do not talk against the Holy Ghost. all wrongdoing is not labeled in the bible, but we know not to sin. Yes, I am Pentecostal. I find it offensive when People are missing out on something that they don't how it feels to know God in a special way when he speaks to you, and you can speak back to him, and no man understands but you and God in all your getting get an understanding, Speaking in tounges it is necessary. Even occult practitioners speak in a tongue ( from fallen angels) this is part of my testimony before being transformed by the Holy Holy Spirit over 25yrs ago. The occult magician learns how to speak in angelic language in order to perform rituals and summoning spirit's. So tongues can actually be heard coming out of the mouth of an occult magician, proof we are born again comes from our repentance, transformation of our life and testimony of how we live for Christ and His teachings Amen

I do believe that it is a sign that you have received the Holy Ghost when you speak in tongues. Acts 2,10,19 all reference it. Acts 8 implies it because Simon the sorcerer saw what was happening and wanted the power for him self. There’s a lot more I can say and teach about it, but there’s too much to put in a comment section. Brother Tomi, you said you are teachable, I hope that you can be. You need revelation and clarification.
Thank You (!), thank you for clarifying what I've heard, over & over: "Be born again with the evidence...". This statement had me in such a quandary. I wondered if I really had The Holy Spirit dwelling within because I was unsure that I was truly praying in The Spirit. (Kind of a loop.) I do have The Spirit of Prophecy (of course, I'm still a student of Holy Spirit & know only in part) so, thanks to your teaching, I'm assured that it's not my wishful desires/thinking. Sometimes understanding is so available that, just like looking for a particular item in the pantry, it can be right in front of our nose.
That's when hearing the teachings of The Word are of great benefit. Again, thank you for shining light upon it.

1 Cor. 12:29-30 makes it so clear that not everyone speaks in tongues. The Spirit distributes different gifts to each individual according to His will.

Good morning Tomi I dream with a shine light then Señor Jesus Christ was on his knees praying and looking to the holy light also I saw my dad sitting on the right side. I dream with virgen Mary too with the white dress and white cape with red roses on her feet then I woke up happy.
I am an alcoholic and addict and before I speak in meetings I pray and ask God to give me the words the wisdom to speak what someone needs to hear. And He almost always does depending on me because I'm not always as receptive as I should be.

33:15 - Hahaha, I just have to say, that God did tell me to wash the Dishes and Toilet (along with other things), at first it was apart of killing Self in me but then it turned into me taking most of the responsibility of cleaning the house (5 people living in), so that He could show His character through selfless acts and then also so that the other 4 people in the house would be able to go into a season of wilderness that they could handle (selfishness is a massive problem in my house and it was being used against our walks with God), so God removed this bullet from the enemies chamber, there is a lot more strategic reasons for this which Is not easy to mention but I trusted that God had bigger plans and when I followed Him down this path, He revealed a lot of ways that He uses the foolish things to confound the wise (1 Cor 1:27).
Doing daily chores is good, Doing daily chores to help others is better, humbly doing your chores purely because you love God and want to dedicate each task for His glory (as a form of worship in spirit and in truth) is the goal that God is leading us to (im still working on this part but God does use these things In greater ways than we realise)

Wonderful video. Thanks for sharing. Watched the video. "God specializes in revelation.....does not specialize in clarity". I have come across prophets who call out names, dates of birth, relatives, history of an individual etc. I believed ( I could be wrong and would be happy to be corrected) the prophet received all this information through revelation. This is a difficult one. If you filter this through the Word you see that any supposed minister who uses this type of thing that you mentioned to proclaim you should give him/her money, or uses his position to manipulate for sex....than you can assuredly know that it is not from God.
There are genuine and true Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors & Teachers.....but there are also contrary divination spirits that operate with an appearance of Prophet. I have encountered both. The fake are into sexual immorality and money obsession. No genuine Prophet will lead you into sin.
I like what you are saying, the Father speaks to our ears, the mediator speaks to our spirits. I attest to that knowledge.

As to hearing the voice of God being a matter of discernment only, I would point out that definitely applies to the voice of the Holy Spirit, but there was no need to "discern" when Jesus and on another occassion Father God spoke to me audibly. It wa obvious. Remember, My sheep hear my voice and follow me.

"be born again with the evidence of tongues" is a phrase I've never heard in a Pentecostal church (though I've been in many over many decades). The mainstream of Pentecostals believe that being born again/saved precedes the "BAPTISM" of the Holy Spirit.
(I have heard them use the term "BAPTISM of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues" but I believe that is biblically justified).

Enjoyed this teaching, thank you. You are right that speaking in tongues is not necessarily evidence of the holy spirit but i also think neither is Prophesying.
1st John 4:1 tells us to test every spirit because there are false prophets here on earth. In Mathew 7:15-20, Jesus tells us to beware of false prophets, he also tells us that "by their fruits we will know them" Acts 16:16-18 shows us the picture of a girl who was demon possessed but prophesied. "She followed Paul and the rest of us, shouting, “These men are servants of the Most High God, and they have come to tell you how to be saved.” Acts 16:17 NLT. She was demon possessed but still prophesied and what she prophesied was actually true!
So bottomline, based on scriptures i think the "deciding factor" of a born-again believer is the spirit that dwells in us and the fruit that spirit produces. Keeping in mind John 15:1-7, if we the branches are connected to the vine which is Jesus then we should be bearing fruits of the spirit.

I agree with you. The gift of tongues is not an evidence of being born again. The gift of tongues is a tool.

It may not say you have got to be born again through speaking in tongues, but most people would like to know that you did receive the Holy Spirit Act 2:4, Act 2:38, Act 10:42-46, Act 19:1-6 and by the way, don't mock the tounges just because you may feel it is not necessary do not talk against the Holy Ghost. all wrongdoing is not labeled in the bible, but we know not to sin. Yes, I am Pentecostal. I find it offensive when People are missing out on something that they don't how it feels to know God in a special way when he speaks to you, and you can speak back to him, and no man understands but you and God in all your getting get an understanding, Speaking in tounges it is necessary.
