Hi, I'm considering buying this ref, how's your experience 2 years later?
I went with the 3 door model a bit more space without the water dispenser part but with flexzone option , arrived yesterday however will plug it in today evening, im a bit worried about power consumption though cuz im using a R34 inverter model now and it saves a lot of power.
How was your ref po? I think we have the same ordered unit
@@magnoliadelpilar8418 its really good on power saving similar to my r34 previous model , however the ice maker inside when i turn the knob downwards the ice never breaks and fills the plastic filler below 🤔

Hi! Planning to buy 1 also. Nababasa ko sa Home Buddies yung negative feedbacks regarding Samsung refrigerators especially on after sales service. Have you experienced the same?
No po. Member din po ako ng home buddies. So far wala akong major issues na naencounter after using it for straight 6 months.
After sales ng service is worst sa samsung, beware sa kanila kasi yung ref namin dati kinuhaan ng pyesa sa loob. Ending lalo naging hindi repairable ang unit, thats why napadpad ako dito kasi magpapalit na ng ref. Ang concern ko lang is kung tatagal tong ref. Lalo na yung water at ice dispenser. Ang pano maintenance mo sir?
@@paolaauranda246 Was having second thoughts about this especially their after sales service. But my son wanted it. So...I invest on an AVR to protect it. The icemaker is by the door. And it's better than the US version. Dispenser ok so far. I do hope it last.
@@paolaauranda246 i created a new video for the 1 year review. Wala akong ginagawa sa kanya for maintenance aside from frequently refilling the water container inside dahil frequent din ang pag inom at pagkuha namin ng ice. I have heard lots of negative feedback sa customer service/after sales service nila but so far, hindi ko pa naman kinakilangan na mag reach out sa kanila. Also echoing @vincent sotto’s reco to use an avr or any device that would regulate the voltage to prevent any harm sa unit for any unexpected fluctuations of electricity.

Sir, yung ice maker ba sa umpisa, pano sya initialize? After ng breakin, pinuno ko na yung reservoir, auto create na yung ice maker?

Ilang oras po ngkaroon ng yelo pagice maker on na kayo? Kakabili ko lang kasi 6 hrs na po kasi sya tapos set nya ay nasa -20 freezer po, napansin ko meron na yelo yung mga cube pero di sya bumabagsak tapos di rin nagdadagdag ng yelo para di naguautomatic
Usually po about 4hrs may nagagawa na sya na yelo.
Hi! Planning to buy one , yung outlet po ba need pa ng Avr ? At yung tank ng tubig na papunta sa dispenser need bang icconnect sa tubig ? O refillable ?

It has a water tank inside the fridge. Extreme handle with care with it. Yes, you need an AVR (1500 watts capacity) to protect it. Check my recent post to myself.😁

Pano po gumana ung sa ice maker ?
Napabili tuloy ako nito. Kaso walang sticker sakin ng 10 yrs warranty hahaha. Watch nyo din unboxing ko.

Sir matanong ko lang po,pag nag refill po kayo ng tubig gaani katagal siya lumamig kasi kabibili ko lang po at pag ginamit ko na ang water hindi pa po siya malamig kahit ilang oras napo siya after ko po nag refill,salamat po
It's not as cold as the hot/cold water dispenser in my opinion.
Good day! Question po ilang hrs hinintay nyo bago i-ON yung ref? And pag naka ON na ilang hrs naka ON ng walang laman? Sa saturday kasi darating unit ko advice nila 3hrs rest muna ref then 3hrs i ON ng walang laman. Yung napanood ko naman dito sa youtube 5hrs rest then 8hrs naka ON ng walang laman. Sa inyo po paano? Salamat ☺️
Good day po, we waited for 24hrs to be sure kasi kailangan daw mag flattened ng cooling mechanisms (hindi ako expert dito) dahil ang lugar kung saan kami residing ay medyo inclined. This means na ung ref ay napa pwesto ng slight inclined while being transported from warehouse to our address. Wala naman naging issue afterwards. Usual cooling lang, pati yung icemaker, works perfectly.
For the refrigerant to settle down, you have to let it rest for at least 5 hours. I turned on mine after 6 hours (6pm) and let it run on empty for 12 hours. Then after that filled it up slowly. The ice maker is fast. It was able to produce 3-4 batches of ice within the first 12 hours.
Ang brand na may pinakamaramjng complaints sa fridge is samsung. Karamihan nasisira within 6 months, or after 2 yrs.
Mas maganda ba ito kesa dun sa Panasonic Prime+ na french door with water dispenser?

Good day po, after using this for more than a year, may slight increase po sa power consumption pero very minimal. Masasabi ko po na sulit ung slight increase sa power consumption vs traditional na model ng ref kasi mas marami po akong nai store na food kumpara dati. Gamit na gamit din po ang water and ice dispenser feature nya araw araw na dahilan kung bakit hindi na kailangang buksan ng paulit ulit ang ref. Yun po ang malakas makatipid ng power consumption. Masasabi ko rin po na yung slight increase ng power consumption na naexperience ko ay dahil meron po akong toddler na mayat mayang nag rerequest na pabuksan ang ref para kumuha ng fruits, chocolates at candies. Pero kung puro adult ang gagamit at laging pagkuha lang ng water or ice ang pakay sa pagbukas ng ref, masasabi ko po na mas matipid ito kumpara sa traditional na ref.

Yes.. I would strongly recommend this model after using it for more than 6 months. No issues at all and also energy efficient.

Stupid question: Yung lumalabas bang tubig sa water dispenser ay malamig na din kahit walang ice? Haha
It's cold enough but not as cold as the hot/cold water dispenser.
Ang problema sa Samsung side by side ay ang pagkabutas ng condenser tubing loop na nasa pan sa ilalim ng ref. Bagamat may jacket siya bilang proteksyon sa kalawang dahil nalulubog sa defrosted water minsan minsan. Napansin ko nagbibitak ang jacket sa katagalan dahil sa init ng discharge. Pag nag bitak ang jacket mako corrode na ang tubo at nabubutas in 3 years. Dapat ang condenser loop na ito ay copper alloy para tumagal. Samsung pls correct this.

Same model po tayo, pero bakit walang ice na nagagawa, nagtest run ako, nkastuck yung ice sa taas, ilan po ba normal setting temperature ninyo sa fridge?
Hello, antayin nyo lang po for about 24-48hrs kung bago pa ang unit. -7° po ung temp ng freezer
Meron kaming ganitong ref 1 year lang ayaw ng lumamig. Never buy samung ref. Mag sisi kayo.
Just bought the unit. So...how's your ref so far?
2 weeks usage (14days)
Fridge: 3c
Freezer: -19c
Kwh: 36 (2.57kwh/day)
Ambient Temp: 35c
Notes:
1) Icemaker is fast. Ice bin is good for normal use. But not enough when having a party obviously. You need to buy a bag of ice or more and put it in the freezer.
2) Water dispenser -Water taste fine after a day. Take care of the water tank when removing/returning it from/to the fridge after filling it up with water. Do not use water from the faucet. It has to be filtered/distilled water like in those hot/cold water dispensers. It's not as cold as in those hot/cold water dispensers.
3) Ice cube/crushed dispenser - A small door will open and then after 5 secs, cube/crushed ice will dispense. Works fine. I love the crushed ice. It makes your drink cools faster.
4) Defrosting cycle - Does not take long. It consumes +200 watts.
5) During Normal Operation - The highs/lows watts is between 150-90.
6) My fridge is plugged into an AVR (1500watts capacity). There are electronic stuffs inside the fridge that needs protection even our voltage here in our area is stable. A must buy AVR if you plan to buy this kind of fridge.
7) Using OMNI power reader.
4 weeks usage (1month)
Fridge: 3c
Freezer: -19c
Kwh: 71 (2.54kwh/day)
Ambient Temp: 35c avg

Kung ok lang po, pa share po ng feedback ng customer service ng samsung para po malaman ng iba ang dapat gawin kapag nagka problema.
@@raizenelijah ayun sir. Naayos na ung refrigerator namin. May leak daw po. Ni cover na nila sa warranty. Walang bayad. Inabutan ko na lng. Binigay pa ng abenson ung hotline ng samsung. Maganda Service nila.
