Hell, I'm pretty sure the headphone looking thing is for cool down when over heated, judging by her sister Aigis, Meaning in order for her to function she needs it bolted to her head. Also, I didn't see any one die, just emotionally scared for life, and that's the reason school exists for, soooo mission complete.

And then Kyoko finds out....and Labrys gets her ass kicked by the whole Magi Squad. Oktavia then beats the crap out of Labrys. Sayaka got back-up! Also, she can't be killed at this rate, her soul gem isn't damaged. So Sayaka can wear Labrys out, if she moves fast enough, and tire her out. Sayaka can't feel pain either, only if it hits her soul gem. So Sayaka wins. Cool animation!
You could always play that the other way around and have Labrys summon Ariadne, or Shadow Labrys and Asterius. Or have either the Investigation team or SOs butt in. Two can always play this kind of game ;)
Maybe someone from the team knows this, or shadow Labrys, or she just attacks Sayaka until her magic runs out. And if I remember correctly . When she runs out of magic she becomes a witch, so it shouldn't be much tougher than a shadow right?
Honestly.
Sayaka is a magical girl here, which she must be to survive those hits without a scratch;
WHY DIDN'T SHE TRANSFORM SOONER???
It could be for the fact this was for slight comedic purposes.
What can Sayaka do, because I know, according to Persona 5, That Labyrs is strong against Gun fire, Strong against Holy attacks, and flat out nullifys nuclear attacks, she can in trap and attack foes with her beast Weaver attack, she can know holy moves like megidolian(don't think I spelt this right), which ignores special defenses, nuclear moves like cosmic fire, Can know miracle punch, which has a high chance of getting a critical hit, heat up which lets her recover Heath and stamina, moves to improve her stats, moves to lower her opponent's stats, and evade physical (which makes it 3x more likely that she will doge any physical attacks from swords to axes to fists). And that's just her, I don't think it is necessary for me to go into what the rest of her team can do. So I ask again, What can Sayaka do?

i agree that the actress needs a bit more variation in her voices just to differentiate them. her impression of labrys is really good though! the accent was shaky on some part but it sounded really good otherwise! the animation is great and i especially enjoyed how well the projectile fists were done. wonderful work!!
I'm a huge Sayaka fan and my hopes and dreams were truly shattered.

Idk why but the lightsaber sounds with the bats had me dying.
This is pretty darn good. I'm only half way through, but I gotta come and say, the Labrys voice is terrific. Other voices are good too, but I find most "anime" productions, be it stopmotion or machinima tend to go for that faux high pitched route. Loving Labrys' voice work though.
Of course, the action so far is great too, and nice humor. There's not enough high end and extended stop motion on ye 'ol 'tube, keep it up.
Broke out into laughter when Labrys brought out her gigantic axe and Sayaka just had that WTF expression.

1.) She has extreme healing magic
2.) Her soul is in a gem so she wouldn't die anyways

The voice acting could use a bit more variety in the tone between the characters. They just sounded too similar at times. And, nothing wrong with using swords to fight against an axe. I would. It's a lighter weapon most times.

Labrys is wearing headwear herself. It's also against the rules to beat up other students. But this animation is very high quality!
Labrys's headgear is A. Bolted to her head and B. Is a venting system needed for her to function in case she over heats. As for the beating up, Anime school.
