Personally, I never get my hopes up anymore, been let down too many times for that, but on the inside I'm grateful when someone does something nice.

When the girl said "no way he actually has Christmas presents now" that made me cry. My parents bought a ton of gifts for our family friends since they had nothing at all for their kids. That made me really happy, I am hoping I get to do that in the future so no kid has to go without presents on Christmas!

That security man was absolutely despicable he does not like Christmas you can tell.
Think he most likely got told by someone to make sure he’s allowed to be there doing it. When he first talks to him he tells him he needs to go the the proper process and he replies that he’s done it so much he just kinda shows up and does it now. I get both sides of the security guard he’s doing his job but also doing it towards someone spreading genuine cheer.
