Cost of Living would be number 1 Weather, I love a good Sunny day and where I live is glooming all winter and okay during the Summer Closer to most of my paternal and maternal extended family who live in neighboring states such as NC, Tenn, FLA, AL, GA Wonderful opportunities for Black Americans
Cost of living is pretty good here and we are driving distance to all the states you mentioned. Our summers are hot but great for the beach and pool. We have a pretty diverse population here! Give us a call if you decide to move to the area!
