New Tarkov map is for under level 20 and has a lot of new tasks and quests on it. There is a lot to learn and a limited time to learn it. Tarkov had some server issues on the first day. New Quests, New Map, New guns, New Boss, New Wipe. 14.0 has had a rocky start for servers, but it seems like the fun is there. AquaFPS and General Sam run the new map Ground Zero to find loot.

did some research and apparently placentas sell for anywhere from 30-50k. from what i could find its because they have an abundance of stem cells in them that are not harvested from fetuses
