The MEDIUM5 designs are always so stunning. Pearl has been my background for awhile, I love all the arts so much.
I mourn for the days I was excited for this game. I’m still quite sad it got cancelled and a small part of me still has hope, but it really is quite disappointing that it had to end like this

The funny thing about this is that one of the lead designers for medium 2050 is hanasa Criin who is also the lead designer for Shining nikki

@@ngan8258 the source? :o Like of cancellation? I can't give you link right now but basically an year ago there was a BIG drama in CN community that ended up with Quadimension zero-ing their activities, Medium5 fans leaving the fandom and even Haiyi's voice provider deleting her social media accounts - essentially Quad spent all their money on a game that isn't even making progress in development, have no ways to support their synths as virtual singers anymore (and tried to distance from the fandom to make them more game-like) while the contract with the other studio that helped with the game expired, so the game has been cancelled. There were also few controversial posts from Quadimension's CEO that are deleted now because CN fans were REALLY furious. There is no official statement of any of official accounts either and CN fans are mad about it too so communication sucks, you can only know it if someone told you or you follow CEO's account (he isn't now CEO anymore too)

@@ngan8258 anyway that's the reason Quadimension is now basically only active at character birthdays (so like 5-6 times a year). It's gonna take at least few years for them to recover financially from the drainage that was that unfinished and unreleased game. They are too small studio for something like this.
I wonder if/hope they'll use the "warrior" designs of the girls (starting at 2:50) for their Plus databases to differentiate them from the Standard voicebanks and tie them into Stardust Infinity's AI artwork 😭😭 at the very least I hope they'll release images of them so you can use them in the editor, they just look SO powerful and iconic here
They'll most likely go this way, this will also help them promote these designs! If they gonna change it, then it's probably important for lore, like Stardust Infinity is a perfect form of Stardust that didn't become Zero back again, but a new lifeform after absorbing the rest of Zero fragments, because each of these fragments had their new experiences that were totally different from original Zero... While Cangqiong and others are like Zero fragments, not the main, perfect body. Hard to explain, but you may get what I mean, probably.
@@Tomeiame I get you! That's so cool, I knew some of the lore of Stardust Infinitybut was missing a few chunks. Hopefully we'll get news about the plus updates soon! The game still doesn't have a set release yet right?
