This was so interesting. I have been going to a functional neurologist for 7 years. I have hoshimotos and vertigo. I did aip for way to long in the beginning journey, lost so much weight and was afraid to eat. Now I am clean eater, but I do eat most everything. I had serious trauma as a child and never valued myself. I have been married for 37 years to a supportive husband and I have 2 beautiful grown children, but I always carry this trauma. I can definitely see why this would cause autoimmune issues. Keep doing what you do in your research, both of you are amazing!❤

You need to find a One Brain practitioner and get to the bottom of your trauma which has many prongs or tentacles or layers so then you can release all that trauma. Many Corrections are available very powerful very unique process. It may only take three sessions for more . It is what the body and the mind are willing to deal with how many chunks at one time. I don't set limits minimums or maximums but I am the person's greatest cheerleader and having been trained among many other things and positive behavioral reinforcement, that is one of the biggest pluses to moving someone forward quickly.

This woman sounds like she's about ready to cry. It seems to me she's got some underlying trauma she hasn't dealt with. Not to diminish crying because it's a very healthy release and I encourage my clients to cry but she just hasn't gotten there yet .
