ACV might actually be contributing to the whole light-headed feeling... I had similar experience when I was taking it daily, I legit felt like I was floating as some point. But I reduced it and only take it three times a week now. That was the only thing I changed, and I stopped feeling dizzy, you might want to look it up.

@@MarajisWorldHmm. I have like ACV a tablespoon of ACV in a large glass of water - twice a day before meals. I never drink it neat. I only get lightheaded when standing up if I haven't drunk enough water in the day.
