i am so happy you mentioned the n-strike Wii games. those games pretty much raised me and even though i dont get many chances to go out and have nerf battles, i still have an ingrained addiction to possesing blasters with a nerf logo on it... I entirely disagree with you on the mandelorian blaster. It has many great uses besides being a prop and blaster which it is awful at. It can be used as great hat rack with those prongs,it can be a good paperweight for files,it can be a good hammer for nails with the stock, and yes even grilled its good,so long as you enjoy the taste of melted plastics As a blaster and prop it's an absolute sin against god and clownie but it's not entirely useless All jokes aside thx for making this video on how hasbruh has fallen from grace
The amban pulse rifle really got shafted in pretty much the worst possible way. At the very least they could have made it more show accurate, and a bit more on par with other blasters in terms of power.
Same with the flip 16, imo. Prime gets a little finicky if you hold it straight up, and it likes to try and bite my thumbs but everything works well enough for my purposes

@@vincentmartineau2006 there are *literally* two points he made in the original video that I disagree with, one because it's a reference to the show that makes sense, even if it seems stupid, and the other is something that's just not Hasvro's fault; The darts are silver, not glow, because the thing doesn't produce visible bolts, and the silver is supposed to look like the gas cartridges the rifle is loaded with. The ergonomics ARE awful. That'd be true even if the proportions were right, because the prop's ergonomics are ALSO awful. It's based on the rifle from the Holiday Special cartoon segment, so that one is entirely on whatever poor schmuck was designing that TH-cam Poop looking nonsense in 1978. I actually did watch clips from the show to see if they made a blaster bolt effect and I remember it did when he vaporized a Jawa. I know the low is disentegrations are kinda taboo but the Mandalorians don't care, but I swear I saw the same kinda glowing bolt effect before it hit that poor Jawa.
@@WalcomS7 I don't recall, but it has been a while and I may be misremembering. Regardless, I do think that, since it *is* one of the few weapons we've seen in Star Wars being loaded *period*, it's a valid choice, if not necessarily the best one.
Ooh hit me right in the feels with that Lego comment XD For the past ~10 years lego has essentially lived off of Licensed Themes. It started back in the early 2000s, when lego was pretty much dying, and were desperate for ANYTHING that would keep the alive. They started making lots of licensed themes (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Spongebob, Avatar, etc.) and were able to live off of those for a bit, but then struck it big with Bionicle. Ever since then they've just expanded their Licensed lines even though ironically, bionicle (an original series) is what really save them. Hey at least we got Monkie Kid
As someone who's both in the Lego hobby and the Nerf hobby, I highly agree about the over-reliance on licensing without providing quality for stable structure.
If only Nerf Limited would handle the line like Lego handles their Lego Exclusives or their Ultimate Collector Series. They would gain so much accolades and press. As for presents this season, I received a Tetrashot for Christmas and have been blessed enough to have good luck with it. It’s been really enjoyable so far.
I do wonder about the Limited Gjallarhorn, if Bunjie is the one controlling the production amount than I could see it being a true limited edition. But if Hasbro somehow has control of how many are produced than it could easily go the way of the mando blaster.
Considering Magic: the Gathering is also going balls deep with soulless cash grab tie ins, exclusive pre-order only products and expensive garbage, all while continually cutting corners on product quality, I think this is just what Hasbro has decided it will be for the foreseeable future. I’m not buying anything from them while this is the case. Screw them.
At least Lego has Classic, which is pretty much what a bucket of Lego USED to be, and is overall still a great product that can be rebuilt zillions of ways, licensed set or not.
And licensed Lego products look good and they Lego just as good as any ol' Lego set. But that Minecraft bow and those Roblox things...sigh, they look so bad and doesn't Nerf very well.....
It somewhat deserves it with how the line just... Settled for the bare minimum, the looks are neat but they're just functioning so bare. The Triceratops one especially so; they could've made a Sledgefire successor and had another use for the Trilogy shells, but, no. Three-shot smart AR. It's pretty much just basic platforms again, like they've done for almost every line they've started.
Fun fact on the Roblox logos: It’s not the logo Roblox uses anymore. Also. The guns on Jailbreak are realistic (other than the fact that the revolver doesn’t revolver and the pistol doesn’t have a mag) ALSO. They’re another one upcoming which is a micro shot for Tower Defense Simulator (it looks so crap but maybe it’s because it’s meant for the chocolate freezer but the freezer sucks if it’s on it’s own.)
I actually used the dinosquad shotgun thingy while using a max stryker the shotgun thingy felt like a hunk a trash that farted out darts when working right. Max stryker was soooooo much better
3:11 As someone who barely even mods anything and found it for very cheap, neither of its cons apply, this is an absolute win. I woudl consider the other leaver actino things but they're magazine fed, and that's a dealbreaker for me. They're significantly more expensive as well.

How in mary blue **** can anyone defend the Mando blaster? It represents EVERYTHING bad about Hasbruh. It's overpriced, horribly made, has awful performance, and took over a year to release. I love star wars, it's part of my identity as a person. HOWEVER I'm not so completely blinded in my fandom that I can't see that this is an absolute piece of irredeemable GARBAGE. God Hasbro bootlickers annoy me.
I'm excited about nerf gjallarhorn for 2022, whether or not it is good I just want it as a sign that I'm a destiny fan. Already finished the Grasp of Avarice Dungeon, even got the Catalyst for the gun. Not to mention I'm curious about the shell mechanism, how will it work? The few shell ejecting blasters I remember are from buzz bee toys. Edit: Whether or not it's good, it'd make for a good showpiece.
22:47 that golden hexagon is also missing a detail on one of it's sides. Don't have a clue if that's accurate to whatever they based this on but based on the rest of the design choices it just looks like more low quality replication.
Im 99% sure that roblox chose devs of popular games on their platform to come up with their own designs they can implement in their game, and make a nerf gun out of. Like Rolve (developers of arsenal) chose the pulse laser from their game. And Stylis (creators of phantom forces) chose a design of a garbage gun that is a meme in their community (the zip 22) as a design for their gun.
I hated all these things but the Star Wars gun. Of which I have cut off the stock and barrel and have now turned into a chain fed chain SAW type nerf lmg and it’s very fun. Only use for it
Personally I own the Nerf rival helix and think it’s great. Not amazing but works well and if you use it without the curve function it is still a fun blaster to shoot while being effective.
Yep. Lots of yep from me. All of this is accurate. Hasbro is excellent at giving us tangible reasons to dislike them and their products. They're racing to the bottom of mediocrity.

i am so happy you mentioned the n-strike Wii games. those games pretty much raised me and even though i dont get many chances to go out and have nerf battles, i still have an ingrained addiction to possesing blasters with a nerf logo on it... IF it is in the style of those old N-strike blasters. in my mind they will always be the embodiment of cool, literally that wall behind you, stacked with in package retired blasters is all i ever learned to want and still want. anyways, I wish hasbro could figure it out, I hope we can all make more foam flinging memories, and continue to be a happy social community.
The best blaster ever: the 120$ Jolt reskin!
The helix is actually really good and reliable
Happy New Year's to you and yours, buddy!
I finally found an Uppercut, one of the worst from last year, and I kinda like it, it's fun to play with
The Roblox Jailbreak blasters could be painted over and used as flintlocks for a pirate cosplay, so it's not entirely useless
I entirely disagree with you on the mandelorian blaster. It has many great uses besides being a prop and blaster which it is awful at.
It can be used as great hat rack with those prongs,it can be a good paperweight for files,it can be a good hammer for nails with the stock, and yes even grilled its good,so long as you enjoy the taste of melted plastics
As a blaster and prop it's an absolute sin against god and clownie but it's not entirely useless
All jokes aside thx for making this video on how hasbruh has fallen from grace
Bro it can be a 200 i think buck hat holder your right
The amban pulse rifle really got shafted in pretty much the worst possible way. At the very least they could have made it more show accurate, and a bit more on par with other blasters in terms of power.
My 10 year old bought me a flip 8 and it it was a syprizingly fun blaster. The flip mech works and it shoots all right. Though it is huge.
The flip 32 wasn’t to bad, I got mine on sale and it’s pretty cool, I feel bad it was put in elite 2.0
Same!
@@brickosaurus2276 HOW DO YOU FIND ME EVERYTIME
@@maxwe117 lol
Same with the flip 16, imo. Prime gets a little finicky if you hold it straight up, and it likes to try and bite my thumbs but everything works well enough for my purposes
It’s cool seeing you guys here
Lol...the 2 comments to stay away from in 2022 are:
"Just get a Nexus" and "just get a villainator"
If you are a foam blaster company, it's a good problem to have when everyone is saying to buy their stuff.
Great video Walcom, as always, love your vids!!!
Honestly wasn't there a folding blaster with a light. Everyone said it was bad but i thought it looked cool. If they remade some of the older blasters before i was in the hobby id be quite happy
Oh yes. The Deploy CS-6. An improved version would sell well.
100% agree with you on the Mandalorian rifle. It's ridiculous.
120 dollars for a god damn jolt with a barrel.
@@vincentmartineau2006 there are *literally* two points he made in the original video that I disagree with, one because it's a reference to the show that makes sense, even if it seems stupid, and the other is something that's just not Hasvro's fault;
The darts are silver, not glow, because the thing doesn't produce visible bolts, and the silver is supposed to look like the gas cartridges the rifle is loaded with.
Everything else, totally agree with, all valid criticisms.
@@darklordofsword If the blaster had silver SHELLS, hear me out, SHELLS. It couldve been cool.
@@WalcomS7 I don't recall, but it has been a while and I may be misremembering. Regardless, I do think that, since it *is* one of the few weapons we've seen in Star Wars being loaded *period*, it's a valid choice, if not necessarily the best one.
End of the year fastball question.
Do you like fountain pens?
I have no opinion.
If Nerf finally made Halo Infinites Skewer, that would almost make up for it all.
It's like nobody does anything unless they get paid, and that's sad. Looking forward to more crap blasters next year!
Crazy how our money based economy works that way, huh. It's almost like putting extra effort isnt worth going above your pay grade.
....what the heck else would you want to work for anyway besides some sort of income? Unless I misunderstood you....(which is likely with myself)
6:52 adventure force is only in the us and other few places
Ooh hit me right in the feels with that Lego comment XD
For the past ~10 years lego has essentially lived off of Licensed Themes.
I enjoyed the Dinosquad, but it was a smart move to test the waters with a limited number like they did with Alien ones
You are the best guy on youtube ever
Basically all of nerfs product lineup from 2019 onwards are souped up jolt reskins😎
I care about every video you make you are my favorite youtuber
As someone who's both in the Lego hobby and the Nerf hobby, I highly agree about the over-reliance on licensing without providing quality for stable structure.
There's an alternate universe where elite 2.0 doesn't suck and is instead Nerf's premium line that shoots accustrike darts at 120 fps
and there is an alternate universe where dart zone is pumping out skibidi toilet blasters I would not like to be there
I am _so_ happy to hear the community adopt "Hasbruh".
For the game tie-ins quality
1: Overwatch
2: Fortnite
3: Roblox and Minecraft
Halo stuff is good too
Day two of asking for the 2021 tier list hahahaha
No.
@@johnzapspell the joke is that I asked for this on yesterdays video and already got a positive reply haha
Nice Yu Yu Hakuso shirt, respect
My Walmart had the flip 32 half off. This makes is actually worth getting it. Not sure how wide spread this is but thought it was worth the comment.
Nerf is cutting so many corners that they might as well rename themselves to "Circle"
I would love to see Nerf Limited tackle the Barrel Break. One of my favorite blasters ever to just mess around with, but it can’t shoot for crap.
Ehh, I dont think the Dino blasters deserved to be on here. The stryfe reskin had a cool shell.
Same
It somewhat deserves it with how the line just...
Also. The guns on Jailbreak are realistic (other than the fact that the revolver doesn’t revolver and the pistol doesn’t have a mag)
ALSO. They’re another one upcoming which is a micro shot for Tower Defense Simulator (it looks so crap but maybe it’s because it’s meant for the chocolate freezer but the freezer sucks if it’s on it’s own.)
All of his arguments about nerf limited are valid, but for some god forsaken reason I still wanna buy the needler.
7:17 double Walcom
I'm touched you guys at least made it to the 7 minute mark to point it out.
The number one blaster you should never get is the elite 2.0 warden.
I actually used the dinosquad shotgun thingy while using a max stryker the shotgun thingy felt like a hunk a trash that farted out darts when working right. Max stryker was soooooo much better
Walcom, you've inspired me to start making videos on the foam flinging hobby, thank you walcom -tony

As someone who barely even mods anything and found it for very cheap, neither of its cons apply, this is an absolute win.
I woudl consider the other leaver actino things but they're magazine fed, and that's a dealbreaker for me. They're significantly more expensive as well.
Lego fan here, most of Lego’s most popular lines like ninjago, city, friends, and multiple other lines are their best regarded lines.
And here I am, just happy that the speed champions like exists
I’m honestly surprised this video isn’t longer
I lumped a lot of things together.
Agreed
i know this was made in 2021, but the line "I hate everything 2.0" is hilarious now since the Moto Blitz came out and is actually WORTH it and he likes it
Honestly I am both a Minecraft player and Nerfer and I absolutely love that Minecraft and Nerf are being combined together.
I agree with everything, I would love to see the 90's Nerf line in dart zone pro level
Like every adult Star Wars fan - I bought it from Pulse. Locally, the limited one is sold at Best Buy & Game Stop, Mango is not in stock at Target.
The reviews anger me. I appreciate the info. I’m not taking the white whale out of its’ box,
Eventually - I’ll build a better one using the Mango Mando. Have to rethink the stock.
Man, let me tell you
When I got my villanator I was soooooooo happy to call it as my favorite blaster ever!
I finally got the tomahawk 60 and my overall opoinion is great, realllly good, I think it’s my new favorite
I love watching you.videos are so entertaining and never get old keep up the good work
I love the phrase my uncle thought of
“Zuru or zilch”
I wish it was true
The Nerf Halo microshots are pretty cool IMO. I have the needler, it's not the most comfortable thing, but they pulled off the look pretty damn well
How in mary blue **** can anyone defend the Mando blaster? It represents EVERYTHING bad about Hasbruh. It's overpriced, horribly made, has awful performance, and took over a year to release. I love star wars, it's part of my identity as a person. HOWEVER I'm not so completely blinded in my fandom that I can't see that this is an absolute piece of irredeemable GARBAGE. God Hasbro bootlickers annoy me.
6:41 "you could straight-up murder the family dog with that thing" - WalcomeS7 12/30/2021
I’m buying a swarm fire and modding it to look like the needler and make it so that the needles go down
22:47 that golden hexagon is also missing a detail on one of it's sides. Don't have a clue if that's accurate to whatever they based this on but based on the rest of the design choices it just looks like more low quality replication.
Yes, the Pulse Mandalorian Rife was trash!
And I don't need to pay $120 to find that out!
26:06 that game was my child hood. I would love that! Hell might play that again soon since I been revisiting my Wii recently.
I’d love to see a review for the nerf flip 8 blaster!
Im 99% sure that roblox chose devs of popular games on their platform to come up with their own designs they can implement in their game, and make a nerf gun out of. Like Rolve (developers of arsenal) chose the pulse laser from their game. And Stylis (creators of phantom forces) chose a design of a garbage gun that is a meme in their community (the zip 22) as a design for their gun.
didnt wtch you in years, and man you look good now. and im glad you still make vids. happy new year^^
This is surprisingly short and I reckon there will be a few buzz bee and fortnite blasters
Im wearing the same shirt as i watch this, yuyu hakusho baby
Can’t wait to see your n-strike series video!
I hated all these things but the Star Wars gun. Of which I have cut off the stock and barrel and have now turned into a chain fed chain SAW type nerf lmg and it’s very fun. Only use for it
Personally like the flip 8, got one for Christmas and it works really well
Personally I own the Nerf rival helix and think it’s great. Not amazing but works well and if you use it without the curve function it is still a fun blaster to shoot while being effective.
I’m so excited to see this video
Thank you so much for this awesome content
I know 2021 has been a rough year
Keep working hard 👍
Literally yesterday I saw the Pulse Rifle on sale at Target for 60% off and I still thought it was overpriced
Yep. Lots of yep from me. All of this is accurate.
Hasbro is excellent at giving us tangible reasons to dislike them and their products.
They're racing to the bottom of mediocrity.
The only redeeming quality of the roadblock series is that it got my daughter into needing with me.
Hey Hasbro, if you don't learn anything from this, remake the Deploy.
Time to strap in. I bet I can guess what's number one.
LOVE YOU WALCOM
