Really poor quality auto-narration. Also, putting a capital letter at the beginning of every word is really stupid. Learn English grammar. Have you ever heard of using a period at the end of a sentence?

Well, yeah... Hours must have passed between arrest and release. The NYPD beauracracy is not known for being swift. "Give me just a moment to process her paperwork..." One hour later...

The story MIGHT have been good. I don't know. I gave up 3/4 of the way through as the story telling was awful. Another one for the "do not recommend" pile.
