Shut down gunners, quickly knock a horde down, stop you are teammate from trying to dodge 5+ crusher/mauler overheads or just kite out ragers.
The problem with smite is that in this use case presented the benefits listed are not exclusively in the realm of smite. To any newer players reading comments like these I would caution you to take into consideration opportunity cost. I would argue that it is a poor pick to bring/use in general (with one exception I will list at the end), not just when used incorrectly when you "hold it until your perils maxes out". In this situation where you want to leverage smite's cc/utility to counter a pressure spike, allow me to present two alternatives to illustrate smite's poor value in the grand scheme. Case 1: you opt to use within this time window Purge/Inferno staff instead with a focus on cc/utility to deal with a bad situation. The flame staff has insane stagger already and is more than capable of interrupting AND killing all the man sized targets(E.G. ragers) around your in danger/downed ally in the time smite would need to spread. Inferno's sustained flame does stagger ragers but if you want to use the left click puffs instead those have some of the highest stagger in the game at the cost of some dps (still more than smite when you factor in soulblaze stacks). You can also disengage with the stagger puff of the inferno more effectively than smite because it does not impose a movement speed reduction. It has 16m of range, smite has a range of 15m (required to start chaining, the chain could touch out further but one unit in question must be within 15m to start). Any distance where you could reasonably push a mass of gunners or shotgunners with smite you could easily just spam 2-3 left clicks (to get said enemies into a maximum suppression state) and just burn them to death with sustained flames. In a shorter span of time, this permanently solves the current problem of ranged pressure instead of delaying it with smite. You are also more mobile doing this than being locked in place with smite. Case 2: you opt to use Trauma/Voidblast instead with a focus on cc/utility to deal with a bad situation. With a base cast time of 1.3s per voidblast and .97 seconds with fully ramped up warp flurry blessing, a fully charged Voidblast is capable of interrupting and knocking down all crushers in the middle of their one shot overhead animation inside of its AoE. Ergo, it is also capable of interrupting any lesser elites around an ally that needs help. While you are CC'ing a pack of elites pressuring your allies you are also one shotting all of the horde inside of your AoE cast. If you have a downed ally or one in massive danger, you can just redirect your voidblasts from your current purpose to the threats to your ally trivializing the danger while still doing damage. You can place the Aoe's center roughly 20m~ away from your character and can easily 2-shot any mansized elite short of the armored ragers(3 shot). In the case where you opt to push gunners or shotgunners you can actually do it from further away with voidblast while killing them in the time it takes to chain as claimed above (the claim is roughly 2 seconds, 2 voidblasts is roughly 2 seconds) Using smite means you aren't using one of Psykers other drastically more powerful tools that ALSO do significantly more dps. Smite takes you out of the fight for X amount of seconds to do something your vastly superior damage tools CAN ALREADY DO. It is a noob trap as tanner listed because of OPPORTUNITY COST. does it do the things listed above?Yes but it is not worth using smite in the way listed when you can instead leverage your other tools in the same time-frame and get more done for your team. At best you can argue its use in a scriers gaze build as a pocket CC option for revive assists to be used rarely and sparingly for the reasons tanner lists in his video. But if your goal was to be a cc/utility anchor for your team you would not be playing scriers/smite to begin with. Scriers gaze builds are more of a straight up melee/gun offensive build and should be leveraged as such. AVOID SMITE AT ALMOST ALL COSTS!
Yeah the knockdown is very nice (doing so also increases cleave). Nobody here mentioned that the shove knockdown goes to the direction you are facing when you release. so you can remote shove poxbursters, or force choke pull into a sick melee kill from mid air
@@level12lobster8 sure but you're making an argument/statement for it on a video about high level play/meta. people click on videos like this for high level play type information. this isn't a video on whats the most fun. in terms of subjective fun im sure smite is great, but objectively it's shit.
20:16 they've actually updated it recently, couldn't tell you when but kinetic flayer is listed as a 'very weak talent' now, perhaps worth looking over it again?
My one good use case for smite i have. I find it convenient to use to stop the game for a sec so my teammates can revive or pick at a gunner/sniper/bomber they couldnt focus on before. But at higher levels of play i dont know if that'd work, and I could also just use burst to take the gunner/sniper myself.
Support still matters for sure. You're paying damage (from the entire team) to get breathing room. This can save you if you're being overpowered, or it can doom you if the endless enemies overpower your clear speed
Another thing to make kinetic flayer worse is that it can happen on force sword push attack, and poxbursters are very easily push attacked to safety. Nice design fatshark.
I prefer waffles myself Calling smite a “Crab Bucket” ability is extremely funny because being kinda new I almost fell for it till I actually brought it to the Psykanium and realized there was actually no way to make it or charged strike work
I took it because I wanted at least one themed build for each end of the tree/cool weapon. Found myself almost never using it except maybe on the massive packs of hounds
I think its good on big packs of ragers too, all though then you go for a 2 second stun so they get knocked down on the floor and you can join the killing But sure, it still takes away damage through blessings that zealots and vets and/or other psykers use.
Gunners aren't dangerous if you know how to dodge, slide, stagger, use cover, and combine all those tools to avoid damage (when you aren't just flat-out killing them). Most players are either unaware or ineffective at using passive defensive skills to avoid ranged damage. Gunners are dangerous to most players. Just a point of clarification.
1:23:09 quick question, i'm fairly certain melee weakspot hits *do* count toward true aim, when used with something like the bolt pistol and only using it to take out a distant gunner or something, turns that shot into a guaranteed crit which might reach new breakpoints, right? assuming it does, the biggest benefit to this would be the consistency because although psyker does have high crit change through talents and stuff, it's never gonna be guaranteed
Trauma staff with Blazing Spirit is literally unlimited Veteran's Shredder Frag Grenade. They both stagger horde, knock down crushers, apply DoT (but Trauma has cap of 6 stacks) nice balance Fatfish
Dude you had a good point about fatshark describing what abilities do,have the reason I watch your build stuff is because of the explanations on stuff beats fatsharks descriptions by a mile
I usually pick smite when I'm not with the flame staff because one thing only: poxbusters. Smiting and releasing a poxbusters kills it without it needing to get close, so sometimes when the team is hard pressed with 2 bosses and specials and mixed hordes with shotgunners and all sort of crap you just don't have time to wait and push those poxbusters. Charging a smite for just 2-3 seconds to kill 1-2 poxbusters that could have wiped the team is invaluable to me. another time that I might use it is to help get a revive done to reset the situation. If the game goes well I might end up smiting only once or twice per game, but its always worth it. Brainburst has no use to me when not on flame staff because I can quell cancel left clicks on all my other staves to get snipers and gunners way faster than brainburst can.
Perilous Combustion stacks up to 31 times, like Ogryns fire ult. So you apply 16 staks with staff + 6 with ult and then elites die and push staks further
Enfeeble pairs with the charged strike. It stacks multiplicatively with damage taken debuffs (from all class effects), damage increases, and power level increases (+strength blessings). So any heavy attack weapon will have your damage debuffs, damage increases, and power level buffs from blessings multiplied by 10% on top of +10% damage. Niche but not super bad and it should be increased to 20% or 25%. Try this with your inferno staff psyker and an enfeeble smite psyker. Watch the soulblaze dots get double dipping +10% from buffs/debuffs scaling and +10% damage output. Doesn't need to charge smite until after you start burning and only needs to smite for about 3-4 seconds to have it fully chain. Linger for 2 seconds and everything will already be dead.
*clears throat in Sir David Attenborough* In our journey across the hunting grounds of Selachimorpha Rotundus, we've seen a predication of ogryn predation. Whether this be favoritism towards other species, or a lack of understanding towards homo sapiens gigantus, possibly even hostile to their very existence, the mechanism for this curious behavior is unknown. Conservation efforts are underway, but unfortunately in this ecosystem, Selachimorpha Rotundus reigns supreme.
it also synergises well with melee, if you're swinging against ads you likely won't proc it, push, pull out your gun shoot a rager you'll get it procced real soon. damn i just took it out but now i wanna take it back in
i'm a veteran nerd myself, but i appreciate these for other classes from you, variety is the spice of life and sometimes i wanna use psychic fire, good stuff as always amigo !
I know it used to be the case that Smite's modifiers also applied to the lightning staff, meaning that a Shock staff with Assail and Empowered Psionics was absurd. I take it this got patched at some point and I wasn't playing Darktide during that time.
Kinetic Deflection is pretty much only good if you want 3 toughness curios instead of 2 and a stamina. I take it cause I like blocking and that makes me able to just tank hosts if I go full in on block efficiency and peril gen reduction plus a vent so my team can safely take it while I just agro and tank. My boss damage is already horrible so I might as well just take agro since that's better than nothing. I'll still take it regardless if I'm doing that tanking stuff or not purely cause I like to know that I can still block regardless of my current stamina situation or if I'm going full London mode with the Mk6 knife on something.
It’s funny, psyker was one of the last classes I leveled up and I didn’t think I would like him very much. But he ended up being my favorite class and now I only ever wanna play psyker
Creeping Flames needs over 83% to apply all 6 stacks, not 60% which is only 5 stacks I think. Still much much better than rupture though considering all the other benefits soulblaze gives beyond damage that's already more than plain 200 Warp Unbound is good on voidstrike and especially surge staff psyker to have 10 seconds of not having a mandatory quell tax after every attack regardless of being at full toughness, it's like a second warp flurry blessing for attacking more often. Scrier's base bonuses already turn off at 100% and gives you a 10 second lingering buff off the extra damage you gained, warp unbound just makes you unable to explode during those 10 seconds which means less forced quelling downtime True Aim was godlike on voidstrike before it got nerfed to only gain a stack per attack and not per enemy hit. Now it's mediocre
I agree on kinetic flayer's cooldown is too long, but it's still fun. It's like having an unexpected small gift now and then. Of course, in Auric fun in itself will not save your ass. So yeah, it's probably better to spend a skill point on something else.
Just wanted to make a small correction to Creeping Flames: The stacks of 1-6 are split evenly across 100% peril, meaning that 0-16% is 1 stack, 84-100% is 6. You do not get 6 stacks from 60 peril, you get 4. The same goes for Warp Rupture, the damage is basically 100 + peril% Also another thing: "Killing an Enemy with Soulblaze" should really be "Killing an Enemy *affected by* Soulblaze" on talent descriptions, as you showed. The funny thing is that you were melee killing enemies to show this, but you would actually get more toughness back from letting the blaze kill them, as it counts as a warp attack and it would get you 7.5% toughness from Soulstealer, as opposed to the 5% from melee kills.
I've only found one build where Empryic Resolve is Voidstrike-Scriers Gaze because you can often keep Scriers Gaze up for multiple minutes in combat, which is great for damage. With that said, if you're not good at dodging it'll absolutely fuck you because the node in itself makes you a glass cannon.
Should try using the creature spawner trials to show off some stuff. Despawn the default enemies for an respawning preset enemy comp. Has well over 20 different trials to chose from a drop down in mod options or keybind to cycle through. It has presets such as 60 pox walkers, ranged pressure: easy/normal/hard/insane or melee challenge: Insane (auric maelstrom mixed horde) and such.
Unrelated to the entire video except 3 seconds of it but the first time I ever tried cooking I made the best pancakes I’d ever had in my life, I have never made or ordered pancakes ever since out of fear of disappointment. That is all.
Since you go over talents a lot, "Enhanced Descriptions" mod would be handy. It has little explanations on the way things actually work, what it actually interacts with, and red text note if the talent or blessing is currently bugged. Example: On "Psykinetic's Aura" it states how much time the 5% ability cooldown time provides for each class ability. 1.2s for gaze, 1.5s for vent and 2s for shield.
Whilst I absolutely agree with you when playing at high levels, smite is good when you’re stuck in lower difficulties with players that don’t run dodge based blessings, who also have a hard time dealing with both hordes and specials alike. Mostly related to the fact I play on console which results in more bugs.
For the mettle movement speed comparison, with no movement speed buffs heavy 1 makes you run at 5.79 units/s and heavy 2 moves at 6.95. With 3 stacks of mettle, I move at 7.99/s with H2 and 6.95/s with H1, so it's worth considering that some of the movement boost you got from your 3 stacks of mettle test was from doing a H2 not an H1 like you did without mettle
35:51 louder for the people in the back. Had an entire argument with a dude who couldn't understand how bad it is when watching my screen showing him how bad it is
I just want to say Unlucky for Some could give full toughness not require to be coherency and give 100 golden toughness as well and it would still be bad, you shouldn't build for failure. Really this video reminds me of how many bad no thought process nodes psyker has. We got a tree rework but they didn't change any of the actual bad stuff kind of show they have no idea what they are doing for balance.
One note about the Kinetic Flayer. There is one time I can say it is decent. With empowered psionics, while you are currently holding at least 1 stack. The +50% damage actually applies to the free brain burst procs. 1859 on crushers, half hp, and 2300 on everything else. Half of any ogryn enemy hp or it is just dead. Every 15 secs a free elite/special kill isn't that bad.
Exactly, with my Hand Cannon, Carapace and Surgical Zarona, it allows Crusher 1 taps to the head. Flayer pretty much works when the cookdown is done. It's pretty consistent extra damage against Elites/Specs.
I maybe mistaken, but it procs on multiple enemies every 15 sec, if there's 20 crushers, you burn them, 10% procs and brain burst hits most of them, i had moments where i deleted instantly big hordes of specialist and crushers.
"every 15 seconds a free elite isn't bad", now try playing havoc 30-35-40 and tell me if an elite every 15 seconds is good when you get zerged by 30-40 elites at the same time
I really like kinetic flayer, and I knew it was not that great from the talent tree rework as well. I will say though, it's risky on poxbursters. And thank god it does it on only elites, specialists, and bosses now. I think it either needs 100% chance or the cool down needs to be reduced to 9 seconds or a mix of both.
Good morning, provided I have less than 200 hours and I am just starting to acknowledge what the consensus is on meta tools, I have 3 questions. 1) how do you bring all your HUD in the center, and if that's a mod how is it called? 2) does maxing your FOV have gameplay implications, except a better awareness? Would you say it's mandatory to tackle higher difficulties? 3) I watched your video about Havoc 40, why riot shield Ogryn is suboptimal? To my limited understanding it can create a choke point where there isn't one. Is it just that it's so much better to actively look for chokes and allocate the ogryn slot to more damage? Thanks
Finding out that soulblaze or any damage keeps disrupt destiny ticking on FUCKING ACCIDENT by watching this video is sending me in a spiral. Why isn't it told in the damn description...
Thaks for video, but I have a few questions: Wilfire - if an enemy with 16 stack of Soulblaze dies and there are 4 enemies nearby and everyone of them has 10 stack, do they get 4 stack each up to 14? And can it exceed the cap this way? In Fire Reborn - do teammate kills actually count? Because there is no information about it in the description (unlike in Psychic Vampire) and it uses the same language as Warp Siphon. Or is FatShark just bad in descriptions? P.S. Sorry for bad English
Quick question i am having a brain burst moment, but by crack of the bone on Gun psyker only, is this mainly so when melee quick swapping during scriers gaze reduces peril to maintain it longer for its effect? Otherwise than that when using gun psyker why would you care about peril as you not really using anything other than SG that causes any peril at all? except the brain burst if you need it.
I have a silly billy request. Could you explain or make a video about how to properly proc dodge perks (predog, riposte, zealot skills,...) because i feel like in most of my games they have little uptime, even if i am dodging a lot (not just spam dodging).
Literally just use the build in his gun Psyker video but put the greatsword with the cleave blessing on it, press scryer’s gaze and cut through infinite maulers. Tested it out and it seems fine if you enjoy the flavour over efficiency.
I agree with everything this video portrays... i just have 1 small problem. Yes, smite is bad, smite should not really be used... but since you are showing people what it does/how to use it.... why wouldnt you charge up the secondary smite attack thats wayyyyyy better at CC. Not saying its good, but its smites best way of playing by far. Only showing the primary attack is like showing inferno staff without its secondary attack. Thats my only gripe, show something fully so that whoever is watching can make a judgement call for themselves.
Haha man I remember how I got downvoted to -300 on Reddit for saying that psyker has better toughness regen. I guess that's my fault for using that cesspool of a subreddit
The darktide subreddit is full of people who have no idea what they are talking about yeah. I hate to sound like an elitist or whatever but its 99% casuals who post there

In the case where you opt to push gunners or shotgunners you can actually do it from further away with voidblast while killing them in the time it takes to chain as claimed above (the claim is roughly 2 seconds, 2 voidblasts is roughly 2 seconds)
Using smite means you aren't using one of Psykers other drastically more powerful tools that ALSO do significantly more dps.
@@mind_goblin69 Because every player only wants to be a meta slave and use nothing but inferno/voidblast staff or recon lasgun with duelist sword.
As an ogryn main, I appreciate everyone advocating for the class getting buffed :]
It will be nerfed again.
Love your guides for Psyker! Helps me understand a lot more!!!

Tanner: "breaks the game"
Game: *breaks
I like Kinetic Flayer on my melee Psyker 😢
Stab stab head pop, crusher no longer a problem stab stab stab stab head pop, one less problem in the horde
It's still trash
I prefer waffles myself
Calling smite a “Crab Bucket” ability is extremely funny because being kinda new I almost fell for it till I actually brought it to the Psykanium and realized there was actually no way to make it or charged strike work
I took it because I wanted at least one themed build for each end of the tree/cool weapon. Found myself almost never using it except maybe on the massive packs of hounds
I think its good on big packs of ragers too, all though then you go for a 2 second stun so they get knocked down on the floor and you can join the killing
But sure, it still takes away damage through blessings that zealots and vets and/or other psykers use.
I really wish the other classes had the nuance and potential of Psyker
Perilous Combustion stacks up to 31 times, like Ogryns fire ult. So you apply 16 staks with staff + 6 with ult and then elites die and push staks further
Breakfast analogy was the best part of the video tbh
you take kinetic flayer to do damage, i take it to hear the brain burst sound effect. we are not the same. /s
*clears throat in Sir David Attenborough*
In our journey across the hunting grounds of Selachimorpha Rotundus, we've seen a predication of ogryn predation. Whether this be favoritism towards other species, or a lack of understanding towards homo sapiens gigantus, possibly even hostile to their very existence, the mechanism for this curious behavior is unknown.
Conservation efforts are underway, but unfortunately in this ecosystem, Selachimorpha Rotundus reigns supreme.
kinetic slayer saved my life a bunch of times. it staggers crushers out of their chargattacks, when you're surrounded it's king
it also synergises well with melee, if you're swinging against ads you likely won't proc it, push, pull out your gun shoot a rager you'll get it procced real soon.
damn i just took it out but now i wanna take it back in
I got the "enhanced descriptions" mod, because Fatshark is incapable to write down what skills actually do.
I really like the addition of reading the nodes. I'm not looking at my screen most of the time when i'm listening.
Pancakes are still really damn good
i'm a veteran nerd myself, but i appreciate these for other classes from you, variety is the spice of life and sometimes i wanna use psychic fire, good stuff as always amigo !
Very helpful since I'm trying to learn psyker as of recent, always appreciate your passion for this stuff
fatshark worded some of these talents so fucking poorly. Not just on psyker too, you can find shit like this on every class.
I know it used to be the case that Smite's modifiers also applied to the lightning staff, meaning that a Shock staff with Assail and Empowered Psionics was absurd.
I take it this got patched at some point and I wasn't playing Darktide during that time.
Thanks Tanner! Been waiting for this for quite a while 😊
The enfeeble buff you propose would make charged strike actually useful.
Really nice that im now walking my way into making a psyker so this is nice to have, thanks!
I've been looking forward to this video.
Same I’ve been having to rewatch the video of him shitting on Mr E’s psyker breakdown
@@khalilb9864 they just need to kiss. lol. it'll be fine
Still much much better than rupture though considering all the other benefits soulblaze gives beyond damage that's already more than plain 200
Warp Unbound is good on voidstrike and especially surge staff psyker to have 10 seconds of not having a mandatory quell tax after every attack regardless of being at full toughness, it's like a second warp flurry blessing for attacking more often. Scrier's base bonuses already turn off at 100% and gives you a 10 second lingering buff off the extra damage you gained, warp unbound just makes you unable to explode during those 10 seconds which means less forced quelling downtime
True Aim was godlike on voidstrike before it got nerfed to only gain a stack per attack and not per enemy hit. Now it's mediocre
I agree on kinetic flayer's cooldown is too long, but it's still fun. It's like having an unexpected small gift now and then.
Of course, in Auric fun in itself will not save your ass. So yeah, it's probably better to spend a skill point on something else.
"I'm not cutting this, you get to listen to all of it. " Jokes on you that's why I'm here.
Just wanted to make a small correction to Creeping Flames: The stacks of 1-6 are split evenly across 100% peril, meaning that 0-16% is 1 stack, 84-100% is 6. You do not get 6 stacks from 60 peril, you get 4.
The same goes for Warp Rupture, the damage is basically 100 + peril%
Also another thing: "Killing an Enemy with Soulblaze" should really be "Killing an Enemy *affected by* Soulblaze" on talent descriptions, as you showed. The funny thing is that you were melee killing enemies to show this, but you would actually get more toughness back from letting the blaze kill them, as it counts as a warp attack and it would get you 7.5% toughness from Soulstealer, as opposed to the 5% from melee kills.
THANK YOU LORD TANNER
29:12 I'm almost positive that that skill only pairs with the electric mace which has perks that also electrify. But I've never built that shit so
Unrelated to the entire video except 3 seconds of it but the first time I ever tried cooking I made the best pancakes I’d ever had in my life, I have never made or ordered pancakes ever since out of fear of disappointment. That is all.
George Droyd build coming when?
Since you go over talents a lot, "Enhanced Descriptions" mod would be handy.
It has little explanations on the way things actually work, what it actually interacts with, and red text note if the talent or blessing is currently bugged.
Example: On "Psykinetic's Aura" it states how much time the 5% ability cooldown time provides for each class ability. 1.2s for gaze, 1.5s for vent and 2s for shield.
psyker my beloved
Thank you for showing why Wildfire sucks. The spread stacks caps at 4. So if the enemies already have 4 they gain none.
Whilst I absolutely agree with you when playing at high levels, smite is good when you’re stuck in lower difficulties with players that don’t run dodge based blessings, who also have a hard time dealing with both hordes and specials alike. Mostly related to the fact I play on console which results in more bugs.
29:18 i use it with the shock maul to try and get value, was still pretty ass
For the mettle movement speed comparison, with no movement speed buffs heavy 1 makes you run at 5.79 units/s and heavy 2 moves at 6.95.
With 3 stacks of mettle, I move at 7.99/s with H2 and 6.95/s with H1, so it's worth considering that some of the movement boost you got from your 3 stacks of mettle test was from doing a H2 not an H1 like you did without mettle
35:51 louder for the people in the back. Had an entire argument with a dude who couldn't understand how bad it is when watching my screen showing him how bad it is
for april fools you could do a video going over the latest patch notes or whatever and just html edit the joke in lol
"I learned some social speaking skills"
Yo do a meta video on it
thanks for the vid, love psycher
Such a useful video! Which mod do u use to check your stats? I really need that. :)
Decent as a little extra for boss dmg too
I maybe mistaken, but it procs on multiple enemies every 15 sec, if there's 20 crushers, you burn them, 10% procs and brain burst hits most of them, i had moments where i deleted instantly big hordes of specialist and crushers.
"every 15 seconds a free elite isn't bad", now try playing havoc 30-35-40 and tell me if an elite every 15 seconds is good when you get zerged by 30-40 elites at the same time
@@АлександрКуприн-ъ8ш just one enemy, regardless of how many you are hitting at the same time.
I have been too harsh to soulblaze.
Tanner do you have the loadout on the empyric resolve gs build?
This is what I was about to comment
Nope I don't care about the gs so id never use that
Good morning, provided I have less than 200 hours and I am just starting to acknowledge what the consensus is on meta tools, I have 3 questions.
Thanks
The math was noticable improved ;}
Dude I got so lucky I just started a psyker thanks goat
I just wish that smite would do real damage cause it looks really cool
Finding out that soulblaze or any damage keeps disrupt destiny ticking on FUCKING ACCIDENT by watching this video is sending me in a spiral. Why isn't it told in the damn description...
I watched this while kicking my feet in the air
According to Kuli's Psyker Node Guide currently Mettle cannot be activated by Trauma/Voidblast RMB. Any new info on this?
You care about it from the lmb anywaus
Thaks for video, but I have a few questions:
Wilfire - if an enemy with 16 stack of Soulblaze dies and there are 4 enemies nearby and everyone of them has 10 stack, do they get 4 stack each up to 14? And can it exceed the cap this way?
In Fire Reborn - do teammate kills actually count? Because there is no information about it in the description (unlike in Psychic Vampire) and it uses the same language as Warp Siphon. Or is FatShark just bad in descriptions?
P.S. Sorry for bad English
Tanner what if Warp rupture changed to 250-500 direct "Knock down" Damage? Or Warp Pinning aka temp CC pinning them to the ground?
I'm sorry tanner but zooming around at insano speeds with a greatsword is too much fun to not add another +20% speed to that - Is it necessary? No.
46:59 is what I came here for.
I give my valuable review and comment (he threatened me)
i really sat through this just for him to not talk about the greatsword. still a useful video tho, just wish hed have talked about it a little bit
I dont know anything about the greatsword nor will it replace dueling sword
Literally just use the build in his gun Psyker video but put the greatsword with the cleave blessing on it, press scryer’s gaze and cut through infinite maulers. Tested it out and it seems fine if you enjoy the flavour over efficiency.
Is Warp Splitting still useful if you use a single target weapon like Dueling Sword?
how are you getting sainted stuff?
I agree with everything this video portrays... i just have 1 small problem. Yes, smite is bad, smite should not really be used... but since you are showing people what it does/how to use it.... why wouldnt you charge up the secondary smite attack thats wayyyyyy better at CC. Not saying its good, but its smites best way of playing by far. Only showing the primary attack is like showing inferno staff without its secondary attack. Thats my only gripe, show something fully so that whoever is watching can make a judgement call for themselves.
didnt want to get droided
Tanner, I love you. Here is my comment after viewing the video (good soldiers follow orders)
Mmm, french toast. 😋
I've been using brain burst much more (especially because of havoc) and I couldn't be happier.
Psyker
Haha man I remember how I got downvoted to -300 on Reddit for saying that psyker has better toughness regen. I guess that's my fault for using that cesspool of a subreddit
The darktide subreddit is full of people who have no idea what they are talking about yeah. I hate to sound like an elitist or whatever but its 99% casuals who post there
how did you get your hud like that?
Ogryn vid when
Ogryn next?
You should have ended the video after the crash! It would have been peak comedy XD.
btw sometimes I've had Distrupt Destiny bug out and not building charges. Am I the only one affected?
Noooo! i'm not end up with veteran one yet
Buff ogryn don't nerf psyker ok thank
Why do you call it trauma staff? I was wondering for a couple of weeks what were you referring to as trauma staff cause it's clearly not called that.
