I can 100% relate, so many people struggle with social anxiety including myself. I struggle the most with social anxiety when it comes to talking, Meeting new people, embarrassing myself etc what I found to help me is stop breath and think what are 4 things I can see 3 things I can touch 2 things I can hear and 1 thing I can taste. It works wonders. remember you’re not alone. We love you

Brock, I have social anxiety as well! Just certain occasions make me uncomfortable. Ordering food, doing certain things by myself make me anxious. I think the first step is knowing you will be okay and secondly just facing your fears! Thanks for talking about it.
Thank you for sharing Brock!! I also have social anxiety and it's always so scary to just go and do regular things that most people don't think is that scary lol. By the way, the last clip with yall roping is hilarious, always making my day😂🤍

What helped me with my social anxiety of asking people for help was I realized that's what they're there for. Teachers, workers, or even other adults may know more than you and most likely are willing to help there's no need for anxiousness my friends

As a 27 year old, my experience with any type of anxiety is tho so whatever it is that’s scaring you before it gets worse. Don’t wait, don’t think about it because you’ll get more anxious. Also, set small goals. You having that conversation in UPS was a great start. I promise the other person does not care. That waiter/waitress that laughed doesn’t even remember that day. You’re brave, you got this. The pandemic gave a lot of us social anxiety. But what I always try to remember is the feeling afterwards. That feeling you had once you got back in the car with Boston, you had a casual conversation and it wasn’t even that bad!
I had mad social anxiety when I was in my teen years, it was so bad that people thought I was mute because it was so hard for me to talk and have a conversation with anyone(except for family) I'm now 27 and still a little socially awkward but I'm happy to report that I can make small talk with strangers no problem now. It just takes time sometimes, be patient with yourself 💫
I was literally typing out my question and then you answered it!!! I am a mother to identical twin girls, they are 5 years old. And my question was if you thought it had anything to do with being twins because I can tell with my girls that I have one twin who is talkative and outgoing and the other twin seems perfectly content with being quiet and letting her sister speak for the both of them. So I find it very interesting that you said that, being a twin is really such a special thing honestly ❤ i watch y’all and my girls and think of how lucky y’all are to have someone who is literally with you thru thick and thin all of the highs and lows you have someone to share it with, like a built in best friend for life ❤

I think all you need to do is remember that if you do anything embarrassing in front of people, like everyone does it I did something embarrassing the other day and I really regretted it but the people who saw it forgot about it because they knew it would have upset me because I do get upset often and I do have anxiety about quite a lot of things especially school but I think you just need to realise by going through those situations it will get easier ❤❤❤❤ give you all my faith and heart hope it gets easier also you could always get counselling because I have had counselling from my school and it really helped ❤

Totally relate with social anxiety issues. The biggest thing I learned is that nobody is really looking at you as much as you think they are! Everyone has their own stuff they’re dealing with or thinking about. But especially since you have a large following on social media, I’m sure it can get really bad. I’m sorry Brock and praying for complete deliverance from anxiety. Also reminding yourself daily that your true identity comes from Christ alone and has nothing to do with your performance but what Jesus did on the cross :) you are so loved! It will get better
I think you have figured it out perfectly. Your father laughing at you cut you to the quick and it is a real emotional scar. What you need to do is understand that everyone has moments like that. So you need to learn to let it go understand that we all have those moments you are not alone. Even your Dad has had those moments where he has messed up. What we have to do is learn to laugh at ourselves and say oh I meant to do and laugh along. You and Boston are smart handsome young men and have a bright future ahead of you. Dont let something like that change who you are. It's just part of life. Don't let this interfere in who you are. Enjoy life and be yourself.
I honestly think I have social anxiety by reading all these comments I can relate to most of them. I'm supper shy around people I don't know and I don't like asking for help idk why. I just moved to a different school this year so knowing no one has been very stressful. Plus I'm a freshman so this is my first year in high school too. For the whole 1st -2nd week I sat by myself at lunch bc I could get the courage to ask someone if I could sit by them. I finally did after the second or third week of school. and the people I sit with now are so nice Im glad I finally asked.
Opening up about something like that can be difficult for some people so thank you for opening up about it this shows that you aren't alone and people struggle with it as well
I have a lot of social anxiety when it comes to school, nowhere else. Whenever i’m at school i need help on stuff sometimes or a question to like go to the bathroom or something and i always get so scared to get up in class. i’m trying to work on it, but even on my report card it said i need to be more confident and ask questions when i need help
I’m super late to this lol but I have probably the worst social anxiety and one thing I’ve done that has been helping me is faking it. I will act confident and pretend that I’m not freaking out inside and like they say fake it til you make it. Also constantly reminding yourself that no one is really that focused on you or what you’re doing just like you’re more focused on yourself and your anxiety not on anyone else. Hope this helps ❤️
Hey guys!! Brock, I love the calendar saying "decemba" in your room, very unique lol. And those cowboy slippers for your mom are adorable! Love the other gifts you got for everyone else too. I hope you finally get rid of all your parasites as well. You sure had a lot of them. Maybe you should sell them on Ebay, just kidding. That plucking out hair looks painful. That broccoli cheese chicken soup looks real healthy. I hope it tastes good too lol. And Boston, I'm curious to see what funny things Brock does off camera. Please share! Moving out is a big step, you gotta be ready for it. It's very liberating and it's a different lifestyle too. Maybe you guys can do a house warming when you move out. And Brock, that social anxiety is a real problem, I think we all have a lil of that. Some more than others. I feel for you when you say how it started. I'm glad you're able to pinpoint that. I'm not a good public speaker myself. That stems from my school days. it's tough for me too to go into a public place and ask anything but I work my way through it and it works out. My heart races and I start to sweat a lot. Breathing exercises might help with that tho. I HATE looking dumb in front of others!! Sorry that your own dad laughed at you and traumatized you that day. It wasn't your fault.. You didn't hear what that lady was asking. That lil cutie Jason, pet him good, I love that lil kitten!!. And that rope is so funny.. Keep practicing so you can keep catching Boston lol. Love to see you guys be brothers and play around with each other. And Gentry is so fun too. I hope things don't change so much between you guys when you move out to start your own lives. I'll always support you guys though and I'll always be watching. Thanks for sharing your personal story today. Hope the holiday season is treating you right. See you next time.
I don't like talking in public either or going somewhere by myself :( Like just other day, I had to walk to my dad's office after school and I thought something bad was going to happen and I didn't like being alone so I know how it feels to have social anxiety. I'm always nervous to order my food by myself because when I was younger I always had my mom do it for me and I still get kinda nervous now. You are so strong and so brave! You are amazing and you guys can get through anything ❤❤❤
I’ve always had major social anxiety, mainly because I went through most of my life not knowing I’m Autistic. But, I also used to get bullied throughout school too. It can be very hard trying to build-up the confidence to talk to people, especially complete strangers. This can even extend to speaking over the phone. So, believe me, you’re not alone. The weird thing is that, once I’m comfortable with someone, I can really talk a lot and it can sometimes become difficult to stop!😂
Oh my goodness buddy I'm am so sorry for what you are going through don't ever be afraid to ask for help there is always help when ever you need it and don't forget that your friends and family are on your side when ever you need them because they love you so much and God loves you too he sees what is going on with you . And i just wanted to say no one else is perfect everybody is going through something take care and stay safe my friend and friends.
Brock everything will work out , one day at a time. Our UPS store only 5 minutes away , every store at least 5 or 10 minutes away. the mall 20 minutes. In the last 2 1/2 years, I have anxiety and stress , before that time, I felt fine. Brock , you brought back some memories into my head. You mention "cowboy" stuff. I have family who lives in Tennessee, one of my cousin who's a country singer ( sorry I can't give his name ), and then my mom's cousin first name is Gene , he was a country singer. I have another cousin who's an Cowboy who's in competitions in rodeos.
I think it’s totally normal to have social anxiety but knowing you’re not alone & so many people know the feeling being so amazing & strong to let everyone feel less alone like you both do Brock & Boston regardless of social anxiety is amazing! Hopefully it gets a little bit easier to navigate! It’s something I still have & work on but just remembering I’m doing my best helps. You both are the best brother’s! Happy holidays! I hope you have the best holiday’s ever & an amazing 2023! You guys always make me & everyone smile! 😊🎄 + love to you all & Fancy & Jason 😻

I have really bad social anxiety to.....I had to move schools last year caused I moved to a new state and it was nerve wreaking..I hate talking to new people and it was freshman year so it sucked and it was terrible. But thankfully this year I have gotten a little more comfortable talking to people....I still get very anxious around lots of people though.
Hi Brock and Boston happy vlogmas day and happy December and happy winter season and I hope you both having amazing day today and this was amazing video I enjoy your channel because you are amazing
I struggle to ask for help even at my own household its hard for me to open up because I'm not a touchy person that opens up to others I do have my own condtions and struggles i go throught and some days are easier and others are harder. My advice for you Brock is if your gonna go into a place alone and you feel symptoms of your social anxiety starting to get to you such as your heart speeding up or rapid breathing. Take deep breaths and think positive thoughts to encourage yourself and it does make you feel better.
I struggle with social anxiety too Brock! I am a very shy person! It’s no fun at all!!! I hope you get better. You got this! The rope sounds fun 😊 I enjoyed todays vlog! Having your hair pulled out sounds like it would hurt. 😓
Thanks so much for opening up about your struggles with social anxiety! As someone else who has gone through a journey with anxiety I really related to a lot of the things you said. It’s something that so many people struggle with but something that isn’t talked about nearly enough, so I really appreciated being open and honest. One of the things I’ve found has really helped me when I’m in situations where I feel my anxiety increasing is reminding myself that I’m safe and that everything is going to be okay and that I’ve gotten through this before. Rather than fighting the feeling, it helps to acknowledge and validate what you’re feeling and remind yourself that it is only temporary. The more times you are able to work through your anxiety and overcome it in social situations, the more internal self encouragement you will have. It’s definitely a process to try to figure out what works for you, but I’m sure you will be able to learn to acknowledge and cope with feelings of your social anxiety! Keep your head up, you got this!! :)
Wow thank you for writing all of that! That is super helpful for me to know! I think that just acknowledging the feeling will help me feel more comfortable. I just know whenever I reject it it increases! So thank you! I loved hearing your thoughts!
As you get older you will gain more confidence and have less social anxiety! Plus you are so adorable those around you probably are nervous as well because they are talking to such a hottie!
Struggled w Social anxiety for a long time too. Still do on some days… definitely no fun :/ I tried changing my mindset and be like “prolly never gonna see those people again so I’m a ask for help real quick”
I am not moving out until next year so I don't know how that is like but all I know is that you might feel a little bit sad for the first few days because you're not with your family 24/7 but it would take a a little bit of time for you to get settled in your new place
I have a friend that also has social anxiety understand it completely it is great to be able to share this with others to help others that have it. Have you guy's decided where you want to go to college at yet? If you shared I don't remember where. What is your blog? Good luck on your health update. Wish you two a very Merry Christmas!
hi Brock re your social anxiety story - it's about perspective sometimes and how you view things. We all do goof ups sometimes, at that instance it just sounded like you didn't hear them initially and then provided an answer to what you thought you heard but it was wrong but if you look at it like, you provided comic relief and a great funny story for your future of stories to share, then it may not be embarrassing or shameful. You took it personally but when things happen in life, you have to let things roll off your shoulders sometimes like its hitting oil and beading off... not sticking to you (to your heart, mind) as a failure or like someone just attacked your character. It's just a different way of looking at things. There will be loads of things that will happen in life and it's how we react to them/perceive them and deal with them that make or break us. We all go through it. Maybe some forgiveness may even be involved to your dad and others if you found that incident hurtful so you can move forward. It doesn't at all mean that when you open your mouth to anyone to say something that you will get it wrong or anything, no way because I think social anxiety stems from that, that you aren't confident, don't feel worthy, think you will mess up in some way, which is a lie. Also, when you guys move out will you go back to Utah or stay close by to your parents? if you stay close-by maybe the cats can have sleepovers at your house so you don't have to just leave them at your parents and miss them?! Merry Christmas and hope you have great times connecting with family and friends and celebrating the reason for the season! Jesus!
i can relate to it bcs i hv social anxiety for over 10 years and now im 17 i went to a physcology and just talk to the physcologist and gave me so many technique how to ovwr come it and after 8 months im getting better stay positiveee
Thank you for sharing about your anxiety I deal with anxiety too it sucks something that helps me with my anxiety is talking to my boyfriend he always helps me and talking to my friends that helps too
You guys all look like you're doing pretty good Brock I hope you get better on this situation that you got love you guys God bless Merry Christmas from Kentucky
I need to say, it is the question of whether i am behaving in the right way or not, that confusion is the cause of social anxiety, i have an anxiety issue and it can really get you sometimes. But,, its all about navigating the sea, You ll be great brock, dont even worry about it 😁😁😁😁
I don't think I have social anxiety per se, but don't make me speak in public. I had to take a zero in school because I couldn't do an oral book report. I knew the content, I just couldn't do it. My lip quivered, my hands and legs shook. I did try though. I'm fine like at work speaking at a meeting because I am sitting down. thank God, I have never had to stand doing that. I don't mind asking for help or anything like that and I could basically talk to a wall. I hope that soon gets better. I guess you will just have to work at it, just like you did that day.❤
Just something I learned recently is that papaya seeds are really nasty but also really good to fight off parasites and fungas and any other bacteria 😊😁idk if you would be willing to try but hey couldn't hurt
Social anxiety. That’s a fun one. Just remember when you interact with people you don’t know, they don’t have any expectations of you. None. It’s not a big deal that you don’t know where items are located or whatever the situation is. On another note- Boston, “I know exactly what you are going to do….it’s gonna hurt.” 💀
I also get anxiety when there’s a lot of people or when I need to speak to people I don’t know my hands start to sweat and I start having stomach problems but I hope slowly. I can get away from this 😥
You are afraid to be embarrassed. Know that we all make mistakes If someone laugh at you, join and laugh even louder. It will be a good story to tell to the cousins.
Start by doing the little things like opening a door for someone and speak to them. When you do realize you did something silly, be sure to laugh at yourself first and let others laugh “with” you.
I remembered that I tripped in front of my boss one day so I stretched out my hands and kind of danced like they did in the old movies like fred astaire 🤣 you probably have never heard of him. Anyway I made him laugh and I laughed and thet was it. So you have to turn those kind of situations into an opportunity to make someone laugh. 😉. Take control of the situation don't let it take control of you.
Tbh my social anxiety isn't bad but isn't good. Like literally when I'm crying in frustration u won't ak for help and also when I can't find something in a store for my parents an employee might come by and I just run just run literally.
The social anxiety is due to the fact that you are around your parent and brother everyday. They make almost everything easier for you. Which is not bad until a certain age. One thing I noticed with Alyssa before she got married, she was trying to be very independant. Challenge yourself to do things by yourself. There is not a better way to fight that anxiety.

For the whole 1st -2nd week I sat by myself at lunch bc I could get the courage to ask someone if I could sit by them. I finally did after the second or third week of school. and the people I sit with now are so nice Im glad I finally asked.
Also being an introvert hasn't been a big help either.
You’re the best! ❤️❤️❤️
@@brockandboston You guys are the best too! :)
I have family who lives in Tennessee, one of my cousin who's a country singer ( sorry I can't give his name ),
and then my mom's cousin first name is Gene , he was a country singer.
I have another cousin who's an Cowboy who's in competitions in rodeos.
love you guysssss im so happy you are back with kesss!! ❤❤

@@brockandboston you're welcome buddy merry Christmas to you too buddy
I have social anxiety as well fully understood. Love you guys❤️❤️
@@brockandboston no problem, I know how hard it can be when you’re just trying to figure things out! Glad I could help, hoping you all the best!
Happy Sunday Brock & Boston!
Happy Sunday, Brenda!!! 🙌🏼❤️
As you get older you will gain more confidence and have less social anxiety! Plus you are so adorable those around you probably are nervous as well because they are talking to such a hottie!
Struggled w Social anxiety for a long time too. Still do on some days… definitely no fun :/
I tried changing my mindset and be like “prolly never gonna see those people again so I’m a ask for help real quick”
This is the funniest video y'all have made love it
Hahah!! Thank you for watching it!
I am not moving out until next year so I don't know how that is like but all I know is that you might feel a little bit sad for the first few days because you're not with your family 24/7 but it would take a a little bit of time for you to get settled in your new place
Brock is the best brother to Boston they are both awesome try to stay safe
Thanks Derek!
I have a friend that also has social anxiety understand it completely it is great to be able to share this with others to help others that have it. Have you guy's decided where you want to go to college at yet? If you shared I don't remember where. What is your blog? Good luck on your health update. Wish you two a very Merry Christmas!
We haven’t decided yet! Thanks for watching! Merry Christmas!!!!
hi Brock re your social anxiety story - it's about perspective sometimes and how you view things. Jesus!
With you all the way my brothers much love from Scotland 💙💙
Thanks Adam!!! YOU ROCK!
i can relate to it bcs i hv social anxiety for over 10 years and now im 17 i went to a physcology and just talk to the physcologist and gave me so many technique how to ovwr come it and after 8 months im getting better stay positiveee

Merry Christmas!!! Have an awesome holiday! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙏🏼🎄
👋Brock and Boston have a great day 😀
You too! Have a great week!
I guess you will just have to work at it, just like you did that day.❤
I moved out 8 years ago. it is a little weird the first 1-2 weeks to be all alone. but really you get used to it so so quickly!!!
Just something I learned recently is that papaya seeds are really nasty but also really good to fight off parasites and fungas and any other bacteria 😊😁idk if you would be willing to try but hey couldn't hurt
The end was the best part 😂
Stay strong BawkBawk❤
Haha! Thanks for watching!!!
‘A puzzle for a friend’ Kesley just got a puzzle table in The Leroys video 😮
Music is my go too. I always have my headphones in.
You guys are so amazing!!!
All you! ❤️❤️❤️
@@brockandboston 🥰🥰
Social anxiety. That’s a fun one. Just remember when you interact with people you don’t know, they don’t have any expectations of you. None. It’s not a big deal that you don’t know where items are located or whatever the situation is. On another note- Boston, “I know exactly what you are going to do….it’s gonna hurt.” 💀
dude i got the same thing, i can never ask for help in stores, it makes me so anxious lol
I also get anxiety when there’s a lot of people or when I need to speak to people I don’t know my hands start to sweat and I start having stomach problems but I hope slowly. I can get away from this 😥
OMG Brock Lasso Boston......WOW so Funny! You have to buy a fake cow or bull frame from Amazon to practice the Lasso! 😀
Lol! I gotta practice more! 😂😂

Where did you get the puzzle from? I want to get a custom puzzle for my grandparents that’s good quality!
Amazon!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
@@brockandboston Thank you! 🫶🏻
I get nervous in public sometimes in school too
It’s no fun! 😭
@@brockandboston yeah its not
You are afraid to be embarrassed. Know that we all make mistakes
If someone laugh at you, join and laugh even louder. It will be a good story to tell to the cousins.
Can you link the customized puzzle link in the description? Where can I find your blog post for your recipe?
Yes! I gotta find the link!!! I
Start by doing the little things like opening a door for someone and speak to them.
I love you guys!!❤❤❤ saying hello from Brazil!

what's funny is that boston was unsure about the rope trick but then was just like "ok" hahahah 12:50

Tbh my social anxiety isn't bad but isn't good. Like literally when I'm crying in frustration u won't ak for help and also when I can't find something in a store for my parents an employee might come by and I just run just run literally.
Meant to say I not u
The social anxiety is due to the fact that you are around your parent and brother everyday. They make almost everything easier for you. Which is not bad until a certain age. One thing I noticed with Alyssa before she got married, she was trying to be very independant. Challenge yourself to do things by yourself. There is not a better way to fight that anxiety.
