- My little Vespa PK50 XL2 tuned with malossi 112cc kit bought in SIP scootershop. Lovely speed, good handling, very stable and maneuvarable machine of a dream. Not too fast but keeping well in traffic and against other 50cc vespas (not other 50CC scooters though) But I love the thrill and this little turbo sound

Que alterações tens? Kit malussi e carreto 16 só ou algo mais?

Esse kit para ficar xpto o carter tem que ser trabalhado...deve levar carburador 19/24 devendo-se verificar o estado dos rolamentos da cambota bem como um reforço da embraiagem. Desmultiplicação da transmissão e uma ignição vespatronic será um must juntamente a um espape polini banana ou similar. O ideal é levar cambota de curso longo, e aí ficará um trabalho bem feito.

how many gears do you have? doyou change olso the gears ratios?
4 gears, and yes, I have changed main gear ratio to make gears longer as I have increased power. But gears themselves are stock

Tenho uma vespa igual que comprei há pouco tempo. No entanto o ponteiro da gasolina está colado no vazio mas a luz acende quando está na reserva, tem ideia do que possa ser, ou já teve um problema idêntico
Hello João, sorry I didn't speak portuguese for several years, so I'll answer in english. As I understand you have issue with fuel gauge. Mine is not working correctly, so sorry - I can't help. But when i have low fuel, my gauge starts to jump, so i refuel :). Try to fiddle cables under seat.

That Malossi 112ccm³ Kit should fit in a Piaggioa APE ZAPC80...

What's top speed as looking into getting this kit.
As you can see from video, top speed is definitely higher than 80. As I change to 4th at 80, speed is around 100 I guess. But this kit requires some extra work as engine case has less inlet area than cylinder head. So with some extra work on crankshaft and engine case, top speed will be 100+ for sure at around 14hp

@@xbloody_smitex7915 i bought a kit from SIP scootershop. It doesn't specify the clutch. Says it's reinforced. It was long ago as well. But thank for getting me here - very good memories!
What’s top speed ?
Really never measured, but heavily depends on your weight and the wind. I was 75kg at that time and by speedo could go above 80kmph, but really struggled against the wind (had to lean). Under the wind could go faster. I haven't ride this scooter for 5 years, so can't tell now really :)
It isn't Pk, maybe Hp.
Alfio Sperti thanks for notice! I am not sure myself, because there where no signs on it. Guy who sold, told me it’s a Honda 😂😂😂. But really why you think it’s hp and not xl2? There is also some FN model.
Nikita Gatsuts Maybe model "V" or "Hp". I love those moels, "V" was my first scooter 27 years ago. Vespa in this video i'm pretty sure it's hp for graphic/colors of cockpit. Sorry my bad eng. :) Ps: V and Hp are twins... just some graphic difference, and also some two tone color for hp.
