Fortunate Youth is on of the best bands I have seen live. The have a connection that is unreal.
Agreed, I seen them open for Pepper in Philly and they stole the show becoming one of my favorite bands.
I wish I could’ve seen this band sooner. I heard about them in the end of 2022, been hearing them all year along, hit 0,05% on most listeners in Spotify. Thinking to leave Brazil just to watch them live. So much love and full fill. No more words after complete full fill.

Dan looks like a goon when he sings, but his voice is great and the band is incredible. Musically always in the pocket.
Dude, this band is dope, but how did the audio suffer so bad with such a high end production? This sounds like balls. I've made better live recordings on a korgd1600 from 2002.
Everything was dope but whoever eqd their set they put too much on the drums and the other mic is picking it up too so it just makes it sound horrible
You need a better audio setup....try an SVS sub.
Every audio engineer that has ever worked with that singer has probably wanted to punch him for that ridiculous mic technique.
Kevin Wildberger seems to be sounding good on the recording. he has a very loud voice , if he sings directly in the mic it could cause feedback. you douche lol

Absolutely , i'm sure they have their own sound engineer now who puts up with it .. i completely get why some singers will edge back off the mic in some circumstances but never put your fingers near the fucking grill!! i love this band, the musicians are all outstanding and incredibly talented .. but you can definitely tell from their live videos that his vocal is heavily compressed to iron out the gain.. and as a sound engineer trying to sit a nice vocal level on top of this music isnt always easy.... especially live!!! this video also annoys me that they could of got the van closer to the loading dock instead of carrying the gear :D rant over.. great sound!!!
singing loud does not cause feedback... gain structure. you do however cause feedback if you cup the grill and wave it in front of a monitor. douche
