This thing is a ripoff. Complete garbage. I bought one and almost got another pressure sore. The clinical data is misrepresented. I am building a website to document my experience with these folks
The process of locating the sore as referenced in this video is skewed. I had 2 different seating clinics advise me to steer clear of this product. When I reached out to the Cleveland clinic (which Aquila references), the clinic said they had no one on staff that had collaborated with Aquila. When another sore began to form, Aquila suggested simply adding more foam- big no no. When this was a failure and when I asked to have my money back, Aquila coldly referenced that the return policy had ended and that they would not. I found this product on an internet search when I was dealing with a sore. It seemed promising and they initially say all the right stuff. Since throwing away the Aquila cushion (and almost $5,000), I have been pressure sore free for 4 years. Don't purchase this product! @@samhugh4965
