Sometimes these front load washers are a bit TOO sensitive to even a slight unbalance. I have found that if you turn the dial to spin only cycle it reduces the sensitivity somewhat and is able to spin.
Nice video. Be cool to watch a sanitary. Also FYI because the machine has an internal water heater even if select hot and the income water is not enough the water heater will take care of that. Usually warm 100 hot 120 sanitary 148. 152F

Kirk thank you for posting - I still like the machine even though it couldn't spin the mop. Maybe if you put a few mop heads it it might have spun.
This is why they made the single item wash just for the reason to many damn sensor now days

I can’t believe American washers do only 1 rinse by default. Nearly all washers in the UK do a minimum of 2 or 3 rinses.
well these washers do one rinse on speed wash. most other cycles do 2 or more rinses.
American washer are made by do gooder to save the planet and not to wash clothes like in Europe
