Do you think now is a good time to sell some stocks, or should I hold onto them for the long term? I'm considering rebalancing my $180k portfolio and would love to hear your thoughts on the best investment strategies for this year.
It's a little more complicated than a simple answer. You probably should reassess your investment strategies based on current market conditions. You should also consider a market expert to guide you.
That's impressive. I've been meaning to switch to a financial advisor. Could you recommend who you work with please?
I just googled her and I'm really impressed with her credentials; I reached out to her since I need all the assistance I can get. I just scheduled a caII.
Name pabrai itself indicates from where she came
Great Monsoon !! You doing great Job, and I just love your Dad big fan of his clear & eye opening communication skills. Keep Scaling.😊
I absolutely admire Monish Pabrai. The Dando Investor is one of the most common sense investing books out there & also his regular Podcasts on YT
Would you please give link of his podcast?
This is such a high quality podcast, and a useful conversation.
Excellent episode
Great interview. 👍
Great episode!
Great podcast. Loved it. Keep producing such great content. Cheers!!
great interview, listen to the words sending letters ! letters are more powerful and effective compared to email. start sending letters read the book influence.
You say at the start of your podcast that you interview people who have done incredible things in life, but I'm scratching my head to understand what so-called incredible things Monsoon has achieved.....she was born in a rich country to a rich and wealthy dad which opened many doors for her all her life. You should find better guests to interview on your show, lady.
She is talented focus n bright.
"how do you cancel out the noise? Well filter what is importend and what not, and socialmedia is (for me) sure not importend.
You spelt Buffett with one T. Kindly correct this. Thank you
Go Monsoon!!❤
Thank you so much for such an insightful talk. Monsoon, it'll be great if Jasmine asks her for some book recommendations for people who are beginners in investing or books that shaped her ideas about long-term investing.
Thank you so much for starting such an inspiring, motivational, and beautiful series.
She would almost read the same as her father read. Peter Lynch all from Buffet all from Munger some Graham etc.
Thank, Martin @@fearlyenrage
@@Valueinvestorchandan glad to be of use. =)
"The Warren Buffet way" is a very good book it would be the first i would have read before i have read the other whatever 41 or so books.
But getting your skin in the game and start to understand; "why some companys survive long and others dont?" is the key to become a good investor.
"A long runway ahead" is a very good idea to keep in mind when thinking about investing because itas all about how often can xy compound overtime ?
@Thank you so much, @Martin
I'll start with "Buffet way"... currently reading "Joy of compounding".
Any suggestions for me, always welcome dear.
Greetings from India.
@@Valueinvestorchandan i will search some more booktitles at home. One good quoute from Charlie was "investing in a wunderfull business helps" that is a very deep and simple idea - simplicity works. 'Simplicity'and 'the blindwatchmaker' are also wonderfull books to read. Both are about order chaos and patterns with also explain the world around us very good.
Great podcast
Great interview, like how you didn’t open the interview with focus on her father.
Came for the name pabrai
Nepo baby 🙄 doesn’t yet know to hide her tracks. Who gets an internship at ucla’s endowment at 20 !?? 😮 golf and tennis and copy what others are doing. Might as well on coffee with Karan 😂
Why to end podcast in 30 minutes. This is just stupidity, monsoon was still talking, and she stopped her. Uff🙄
Is she married ?
😳 Promo-SM
Seem to be obsessed with race like some kind of racial fanatic.
Not good looking. 😮
