- The Woodlot has some cool old school trails and I got to check out a bit of work that has been done on some of them. The first trail is called Platinum and I really think there is a lot of potential to get it running super well with a bit more work on top of what someone has been doing recently! I am interested in helping him out to get it running great soon!
I came back with a patron Berm Unit and we rode a few more trails that were really nice to revisit again after so long! I really enjoy all the ladder bridges and jumps that are spread out throughout the mountain.

These vids are making me ride my local jump lines where I live again and it’s really fun!

Consider yourself lucky, the best I have in bikable distance are three piles of dirt on almost flat terrain in my local „forest“(it’s not even two squarekilometers big I guess, it’s more a bunch of threes than a real forest).
BUT.... it’s better than nothing and I’m grateful for these 20-40cm piles!

You guys are insane lol, I stay far, far away from wet wood. I rode on to a wooden berm exactly like the one at 4:27, slid out, and got my hand stuck between the slats. Broke my hand completely. First and last time I ever touch wet wooden features. And you guys are pedaling downhill bikes on wet logs, god damn!

Until you own one and they're so stiff that they blow up rear wheels and the XL has the reach of a modern medium frame. Mine made the exact same noises that Jordan's did and was a huge headache in the long run for me

Oh man, Jason (Berm Unit) was super lucky he didn't break his jaw! I shattered the right side of mine on my bike so bad they weren't even able to wire it shut like they normally do to let it heal. Luckily I turned out alright! Lesson here is always wear a full-face! Learn from my mistake.

cant agree with you more. A couple of days ago i was riding and i slipped a peddle and went over my bars and landed right on my face luckily i had a full face on or i probaly would of been like that guy.

JORDAN!! The ding sound you head near the end of the video is the engagement on your hub, I have a 350 and it does it all the time because of the ratchet system.

Too bad the 6 pack jump line and the roller coaster drop wasnt rebuilt at the end of the trail that was definitely the best part of the trail back in the day.. cool to see someone putting working into it though

hey jordan that bang sound might be your coil hitting the metal screw on thing that makes the coil more or less stiff try lifting the rear end up and dropping it and see if you can hear that clang

Hey Jordan, my dad use to ring his rims on his maiden all the time until he switched from aluminum to carbon and he hasn’t had the problem since
it doesn't make much sense but this "ding" comming from the rim could also be the fork. At least with me bike on a rockshox boxxer race 2017 I got this sound quiet often coming from the fork
