It's interesting how the colors look so different in the palette vs. on your eyes. Your eye look is purple, and the colors look warm in the palette. SO pretty!!
I bought a Patrick Ta eyeshadow palette in the past because there was so much hype on social media. However, there was a lot of fallout from the eyeshadow, and the colors stories were so outdated. It's not worth the money.
I love you Morgan so this comment is not about you. But- it amazes me how brand new neutral palettes like this one get hype. But old favs like a Tartlette In Bloom has these same colors and are considered “boring” by content creators. It’s the same colors released in a shiny package by a different brand.
Everyone in the beauty community is reviewing the new releases, especially if they received the palette in PR. So, it's not surprising to see everyone liking this palette. As for older palettes, like Tarte or TF, I think a lot of people just love to hate these brands. There's a lot of influencers that are bias driven with their reviews, and that's a shame because a lot of good products are overlooked.
Love Patrick Ta. I just did an all matte look with his Major Demension 2 palette. But I'm not feeling it. I just really like a shimmer. I have both of his other pallettes and love them. 😊. Love your videos. So very helpful. I'm going to order his new blush shade She's Flushed using your code. ❤ And when the new ND Nude pallette is back in stock at Sephora I'll use your code to order ❤
I love this palette it may seem basic and like something we all have but it’s stunning and easy to use in a hurry. And the black can be used as an eyeliner. Idk I think it’s a win.🎉

The last Patrick Ta palette I bought, the shimmers hard panned almost right away. It was so frustrating to use I finally tossed it. Very expensive product that very much under performed
While I'm sure it is great quality, what you're talking about here are basic neutral mattes with two eyeliner colors thrown in. Yes it's high end makeup and sure the packaging is nice, but for that price point I want something special that adds to my collection, not dupes stuff I already have. And for people who don't have these colors, I'd still recommend other palettes at 1/4 the price with drugstore eyeliner so they can save their money for much more fun and special palettes. It's a big no for me.
I’m a little bitter at Patrick Ta- NGL. Both of my palette’s, the glue has failed so I’ve lost entire shades. And I have one that got what looks like mold!! BUT I’ll probably get this because I never learn my lesson! 😂
In the full video she says she recommends it for beginners because it's so easy to blend! But for the price it's only worth it if you REALLY love neutrals.
@@feelthejoywhy not? Invest in yourself! Get one really good palette (quality vs quantity) if they got a spare $70 bucks & want to look nice by all means do it! I own all 3 Major Dimensions (no mold luckily!) major dimensions trust me will make a beginner look like they know what they are doing!!
Those might be good tones for brown skin, but this palette is very underwhelming to me! Instantly, when you opened it, I feel the boredom and blandness of the colors. Hopefully they glide well over the eyes bc I wouldn’t buy it.
my MT eyeshadow pallets after they’re in my drawer for a couple of weeks several of the eyeshadows look disgusting. I never even open a couple of the eye shadows pallets when I did once again several of them was disgusting looking.and speaking of the new pink packaging one when I opened it several of the eyeshadows once again look disgusting 🤢 they do not look safe to put on your eyelids..he needs to go back to the drawing board and make better eyeshadow to charge that much money and for people to be disappointed with his eyeshadows it’s really sad .especially for the price he’s charging.
I really don’t understand this tapping off your brush technique that everybody does now, you’re literally hitting off and wasting all of the product you’ve just picked up, do people who can’t afford to buy new makeup often, do this?
I just try to use a light hand when I pick eyeshadow and if I have to tap It over the eyeshadow so that I don’t waste it but even with a small collection I don’t know if I’ll ever use all my eyeshadows, don’t think so, thus I could tap and not worry about it.

I hate the cream shadows in any palette. I have them in huda and its basically vaseline with a poor wash of color. I detest it.

Unless you want it all over your face, it's best to tap off. Either way, that shadow is going somewhere.
