40:50 shouldn't cyclohexane be the major product? The free radical explanation which sir gave i understand but don't we generally try to get the more stable one. Because cyclohexane is more stable than cyclopropane.
It is not about the stability.Cyclo-propane will be the major product because in it free radicals are very close to each other.
