Tiho and Toplo has to be the worst coffe shop ever, its literally at the crossroad of two streets and you are sitting while leaning on the dirty wall and breathing all those exhaust pipes in that street, its such a bad place, and only russians visit it, it was opened when the russian influx of people came and for me its just a bad place and a good tourist trap.

It was very quiet outside on the weekend, so we didn't notice anything like that. But I agree, it's a tiny coffee shop, more for coffee to go
