Resonates 100% with my situation. I have been in a toxic marriage and found out recently about a 3rd party situation that's been going on for 1.5 years. Narcissists use our trust to abuse the relationship.
Amazing read Gary 🙏totally resonated for me situation.. Recently broke up with Capricorn full blown narcissist and manipulated me… wore me down and left me with no self esteem my anxiety got so bad.. I felt something was going on behind my back but he never admitted to anything he would just shift the blame to me and say it was my anxiety.. He future faked me the whole time and would say he wanted to marry me and move in and all this other Bullshit then come down to the crunch as soon as I would try and talk about things or get some sort of more commitment he would push me away!!
I am so heart broken because I wanted to believe he was a good person and that we had a future together.. it’s been hard letting go and coming to terms that I never really knew him at all he was pretending to be someone he isn’t to use me for his needs!!
I blocked and cut all communication and it’s been hard but I know god removed him from my life for good reason and I know my intuition and gut feelings were right.. I never trusted him. I am trying to move forward and heal and can’t wait to feel happy within myself again.. He took away all my self worth so I am having to rebuild everything all over again.. I have the same story just happened last week, Capricorn too. Didn’t promise marriage but did use me. He blocked then unblocked then talked and then again demeaned me, this kept happening 3 times. I called him a borderline personality disorder last time and all hell broke lose. The anxiety he showed man..: as if he was caught. I have never seen a Devil But would say this one was a DEVIL in disguise. Sad part he blamed me for everything wrong he did to me and made sure i felt as if I am a disgust of a person. I had no self worth or esteem left in me. I can’t even fathom what happened really and why I kept taking so much crap.
It’s so tuff last time he unblocked me and called and everything was okay, talked for hours and then minute the call was done. Cold responses that night again I couldn’t figure out what happened -from my side everything was okay, then I misdialled him the next morning, phone was unlocked and he was in recent call list. He just sent me a message “how dare you call me “etc and abusive language. And I messaged it was misdial he said dial or misdial you disturbed my sleep and ultimately it’s my loss. It was 7am lol, people start work at 9am. Also he said I was selfish as he slept at 3am that night, lol how would I know I didn’t speak that night with him. I just couldn’t understand the last talk, he blocked me on everything lol but just keeps me unblocked on sms since the beginning.

1.5 years free from him. After 3 together it was the best decision I ever made. I know he’s moved on to someone new and I feel sorry for that woman. She will need therapy afterwards just like I did and his ex wives.
