What you eat and how much water you intake will change the health of your hair as well. putting product in your hair is legit, but more natural when some of the vitamins and oils you put in your hair is taken in with foods that you eat. Put out a video on dieting for healthier hair. I know if niggas drink enough water and intake enough vitamin E and tuna/salmon, a lot of the nutrients in said/and not mentioned foods would dramatically increase hair growth and healthiness of ones hair. with that, dudes hair would cooperate easier into desired styles.

Rope God, My hair is so damn course when I plastic bag it gets out of place and a little nappy (usually it's my crown area), should I brush it again and then plastic bag it for a short time?
Or you can medium brush and plastic bag at the same time. Brush with right hand then follow with plastic bag in left hand going over in the spot you brush whether it be the middle , left middle etc laying the hair down then alternate hands. Thats how your hair will lay down. So brush then bag , brush then bag etc... the medium brush is going to stretch the hair while the bag is going to lay it.

I just use water in a spray bottle, or natural water based products to get my hair damp after it dries. I try not to let my hair dry completely cause that's not a good thing to do. However, you want to make sure you DO NOT unragg to soon and loose progress (PB taught me that). Also, I somewhat agree the hot towel thing is played out. That's a late 80's/90's thing.
