    What?! 2200? Surely not.
This is going to annoy me unless I do some maths, so I may as well do it in a comment, right? lol..
    A jelly bean is approx 2cm in length and 1.5cm in diameter, so, it's volume: 2cm x 3.14 (0.75)² = 3.53cm³
    Multiply 3.53 by 2200 = 7766cm³ or 7.766L.
For anyone still using outdated units of measurement, that's 2.05 gallons worth of jellybeans alone. For some reference, this is the equivalent of the jar having the volume with the dimensions of 33.02cm in height and 22.69cm in width, or 13in x 9in. Yet, this particular jar must be bigger than that given the empty space in it.
Just to give context to the scale, the average length of an adult forearm is around 23cms (or approx. 13in - come on Americans, why not just use metric units..? lol) and we can see that the jar isn't as wide as the peoples forearm length.

Your dimension equivalents are off. 33.02 cm height and 22.69 cm diameter would give a volume of ~13.3k cm^3.
If you take a look when theirs a close up of the jar it looks like the height of the jellybeans is about .75 of the width. If you plug that into the volume of a cylinder formula it gives you about 17.7 cm high with a radius of 11.8 cm or 23.6 cm wide. The jellybeans occupy about 80% of the jar before it starts to curve so about 22.1 cm high. Which seems a bit more reasonable.
