We visited Vietnam in October 2022 and this is our full itinerary.
It was a really smooth sailing trip and I'm excited to share this with all of you!

Very well presented and you are such a natural and just helped me plan my Vietnam trip. Any information on sleeper train from Hanoi to Sapa please. So we want to do only Hanoi, Sapa and Halong Bay in a 7 day trip.

Very comprehensive guide . May I check is card widely accepted there or most places accept cash only . And will there be an issue if I dun rent a bike in sapa as I have no license ,
Card was accepted at most places like restaurants/ hotels. There’s no need to ride a scooter in Sapa, a lot of ppl get around by walking / joining tours.
Hello! Thanks you for such a packed informative video. May I know which date you went in October? I am planning to go for 9 days trip in coming October. Is there weather in Sapa good at that time?
We went last week of October. The weather we had for the first 2 days was alright. Only on the last day it drizzled and was really foggy.
I am thinking to plan for this October too, but hesitate for Sapa trip as many comments that by September the paddy terrace will be bared due to the harvest fully done by September, can you advise when you are in sapa, was it this case?

Very informative. Did you purchase the sleeper bus ticket in advance or do it after arriving in Hanoi?
Yes we bought it beforehand. But you can actually just ask your hotel when you arrive the night before
Besides scooters, any other transportation to get around in Sapa and Ninh Binh? I'm planning to go to these 2 places but it's 3 people and only 1 person knows how to ride scooters.
You can hire a private driver!
