This was equal parts extremely entertaining and confusing, especially the scoring system. But it was pretty fun trying to guess who would get which role.

Vegetarian zombies would actually be a nightmare for the world. They are mindless and have an endless hunger, if not dealt with they'd eat through all of our plant life.
Good thing Plants vs Zombies instructed us on how to deal with plant eating zombies years ago.

Although, zombies reproduce only by biting, and I don't think zombified plants are going to be super threatening, so really at most you'd have to deal with the one original zombie trying to chomp its way through the biosphere by itself.

I would have watched live, if youtube had notified me, or shown the stream as recommended.... Yesterday it showed me a live stream from a channel I never watched, which touched on none of my interests.

...also the counting obsession is a thing from classic vampire folklore. Tip out a basket or bag of grains and the vampire would be stuck counting them until he counted them all.
As for Willy Wonka failures, in chronological order:
I don't think any of you would fall in the chocolate river like Augustus Gloop, but if someone HAD to, I'd say Mike.
Jane would be too curious about the gum to NOT test it on herself, despite knowing she'd inflate into a blueberry, have to be juiced, and spend the rest of her life blue. For science!
Andy would be most likely to try the fizzy lifting drink (he'd figure out the burping like Charlie & Grandpa Joe, and would avoid being sliced to ribbons by the ventilation fan), but he'd still be disqualified that way (if Mike didn't fall in the chocolate, he'd also float with Andy).
If Ellen joined you guys on the tour, she'd end up falling down the vent, not because she wanted to steal a squirrel/goose (depending on whether you follow the book or classic original movie), but because she really wanted to pet one and just accidentally fell in.
Luke would end up tiny after being teleported because hell yeah he'd love to try it despite knowing the outcome!
Everyone would, of course, survive, just nobody would get the factory, Jane would be permanently blue, Ellen slightly singed, and Luke a tad lankier after being stretched out.

this felt like the weakest of the Jackbox games so far. Didnt feel like they got to show off their creativity like in the other games.
It's one of my personal favorites to play with a group of friends, but it's not super fun for people watching.
It's good with a group of people who actually know each other. Not so great for mixing friend groups or for an audience.
Agreed, the game itself was awkward at best, but mostly just meh.

As a tech support scientist, I want to performatively react negatively to Andy's assessment that tech support is merely performatively reacting to things.
I found it interesting that the Oxboxers would often picked the answer they knew the recipient would like, but I agreed more with Luke's choices.
Of course Jackbox includes that Shakespeare quote. I laughed harder than was fair when I read it the first time. In all fairness, I was 15 and it was high school English. You can imagine the class reactions.
I think Jane would enjoy plan 9. I remember getting together with a bunch of friends and laughing our heads off.
The Justice League thing should have either all male/female characters or 50/50 so it's more personality.

For the karaoke round, my picks (with reasoning):
"Born to Run" - Luke
You might think Mike because it's a car song, but both Luke and Andy have a flair for the dramatic that's required for the song, and between the two of them, Luke's the married one, so he ekes through because of the romantic streak.
"I Think We're Alone Now" - Jane
Though I'm sure she'd much prefer the original by Tommy James and the Shondells, or Billie Joe Armstrong's recent cover over the overly poppy Tiffany version, she'd play up her mad scientist vibes by making their solitude a creepy thing rather than a romantic one.
"Tubthumping" - Mike
Really, it just fits Mike's fun-loving, devil may care persona. And he also seems like he'd willingly ignore the deeply sad undercurrent of the song's lyrics for a good shout-along of the chorus.
"Let's Get it On" - Andy
I can 100% see Andy actively overdoing this one and playing it up for laughs. And it would indeed be hilarious, but also kinda sexy.
Twist Endings:
Luke was dead the whole time.
Jane created Soylent Green with her mad science.
Andy was stuck in Jackbox purgatory.
Mike was the "dumb" mastermind (not actually dumb, just playing things chaotically for fun, so people assume he's dumb, when actually he's highly intelligent like the rest of them).
It's the one week were I get a Wednesday day off and the live stream happens on Tuesday, I swear I'll catch them live eventually.
This was streamed on my actual birthday, so Happy Birthday to all my fellow Oxboxtra Birthdayreenos!
I believe Ashens brought attention to the "Chef Excellence Stay Fresh Cheese Bags" first, like a decade ago in one of his early "Poundland Special" videos, well before they changed the completely fictional spokesperson to the equally completely fictional "Max Hoffman."
He even made the joke that it sounds like an '80s catchphrase.
Ashens is quite into gaming... more into the retro stuff (as in '80s British computers), but he loves and plays newer games as well (with Bloodborne being his all-time favorite). You guys should at least try to meet him. He seems a pleasant fellow!

If you're going to watch " "Manos" The Hands of Fate," watch the MST3K version. It takes a boring movie (with a strong concept, just TERRIBLE execution), and makes it HILARIOUS.
For "The Room," and "Birdemic," the RiffTrax are pretty great as well (same guys who did the later years of MST3K), but "Plan 9 from Outer Space" is pretty hilariously terrible on its own, though the RiffTrax live version had me laughing so hard I briefly blacked out!

It all makes sense. He was not there on Day 1. Illiana, or however it's spelled, has an "obsession" with him. Maybe she knows he is evil. Maybe she is working for him and it has all been an act. Egbert has never disclosed what earned him the title of Careless. He never uses his Paladin spells. Especially when they would truly help the others.

The other two are of course from 'Hamlet,' the first being from the famous soliloquy, and the latter being advice Polonius gives to Ophelia (though in context, it's actually financial advice, not personality).
