- Bill is a Survey Technical Leader at Halff and a Certified Photogrammetrist through the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS). With over 17 years of experience in the photogrammetric industry, Bill is highly skilled in large scale aerial photogrammetry data collection and processing. Additionally, Bill is well versed in aerial lidar data collection and processing; and mobile and terrestrial-based lidar. He has held various roles within ASPRS, such as Director of the Professional Practice Division and President of the Gulf South Region, of which he was a founding member in 2021. Bill advises the North Central Texas Aerial Robotics Initiative and was named Geospatial Professional of the Year by the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors (TSPS) in 2019. This past April, Bill received the ASPRS Gulf South Region Outstanding Service Award.
