Nothing happens after I target it. I don't get any dialogue. Are you suppose to talk to them?

To be able to talk to them there should be a dialogue that pops up in the chat. For that to show up you have to be in a particular area of the zone where they spawn. Try to go exactly to the locations where the messages showed up for me (1:47, 2:23, 3:05, 3:33 in the video).

i did all 4 went back to the cave nothing

Usually it happens when you have not interacted with all 4. Make sure that you spoke with all four after they spawn. I would revisit each spot again just in case.
