Allah did answer the question for Ruh as well, Allah said it is the amr of Allah. That is the answer. Our realm is the realm of Nafs and Qalb is the realm of NAbi SAW and Ruh is the realm of Allah. We must focus on our realm, practice on Purification of Nafs. What is the Theme of Sura Shams chapter 91? Allah swears 11 times and then gives a statement. That is we are successful only when Purify the Nafs. This is so important from Allah's perspective that the Purification level is checked every time we go to sleep. Then we align our heart i.e. The Qalb to beloved Nabi SAW and then our Run will guide us towards Allah. The upgrade in the Ruh is done directly by Allah. We have no control on that. It is Allahs realm. That is the process. May Allah guide us all.
ur statement is highly appreciable and u hv presented rightly the perspective of human duty in terms of Nafs, almost same thing is in Tafseer of Moulana Modoodi a.r.
But The realm of dream, I think can't be explained from it.
The topic of Sahil is on dream and popular scholastic thought is connecting it with Soul, but in my limited knowledge there is nothing like concept of Soul in Quran, the akin words Ruh and Nafs doesn't seem to be soul. And u hv ascribed Qalb with Nabi.s.a w I think it is apt but needs further research.

I spend many years studying Quran based on other peoples Translations and Tafsir. Then I learnt that Quran opens a whole new level when you focus on its ARABIC words. It is easy, as Quran itself states. We live in a time and age when the barrier of language is almost gone. The entire Quran has been digitised. You can download apps, have a Arabic keyboard , and then search for arabic words in the Quran. This is called Studying Quran by THEME. For example if we search the word روح in the Quran , we will make a list of all the Quranic Verses where this basic 3 letter root word or lts derivatives are used. We list these verses. Then we do a word by word translation to English or Urdu. Then we form sentenses. We can compare it with other translations and tafsirs, to make sure we are on right track. There is only one condition, you must strive to be مطهر i.e. make a sincere effort to clean your Batin. Then Allah will teach you Quran. 55:1 -2.

خدا لوگوں کے مرنے کے وقت ان کی روحیں قبض کرلیتا ہے اور جو مرے نہیں (ان کی روحیں) سوتے میں (قبض کرلیتا ہے) پھر جن پر موت کا حکم کرچکتا ہے ان کو روک رکھتا ہے اور باقی روحوں کو ایک وقت مقرر تک کے لئے چھوڑ دیتا ہے۔ جو لوگ فکر کرتے ہیں ان کے لئے اس میں نشانیاں ہیں ﴿۴۲﴾

قرآن میں روح کے لئے روح کا لفظ استعمال ہوا ہے اور نفس کے لئے نفس کا۔ نفس بھی روح کی طرح جسم میں ایک وجود ہے۔ قرآن میں جہاں جہاں نفس کا لفظ استعمال ہوا ہے بدقسمتی سے اس کا ترجمہ اردو میں روح لکھا گیا ہے۔ حالانکہ روح الگ ہے نفس الگ ہے۔ جو سورت زمر کی آیت ساحل عدیم نے بتائی ہے وہاں بھی نفس کا لفظ استعمال ہوا ہے نہ کہ روح کا۔ سب سے پہلے یہ سمجھ لیں کہ خواب ہو یا مراقبہ اسٹرل پروجیکشن ہو لیوسڈ ڈریم ہو اوٹ آف باڈی ایکسپیرینس ہو سب کے سب نفس کے معاملات ہیں۔ سارے جذبے ساری خواہشیں نفس میں پیدا ہوتی ہیں۔ نفس ہی وہ جسم ہے جسے قرآن بار بار مخاطب کرتا ہے۔
اور نفس پر غور کرنے کا نہ صرف قرآن میں ذکر ہے بلکہ احادیث میں بھی ہے۔ نفس اور روح کو آپس میں کنفیوز نہ کریں۔ روح پر تحقیق منع ہے جبکہ نفس پر تحقیق کی اجازت ہے

Ruh does not go out , according to Quran Nafs goes out from the body during sleep. These misinterpretations happen when we do not focus on the Arabic words of the Quran. Refer Chapter 39:42.

I have studied Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung. They don’t talk about soul. All their work is on the physical characteristics of human body and its interactions with environment. He’s talking about soul and metaphysical aspects not material. Laws of Physics doesn’t apply in that dimension or when soul leaves the body after death. It enters into another dimension where time is not linear. You can’t understand these concepts unless you believe and have faith. I have seen many true dreams, they guided me through out my life. You just have to asks and you shall be given the Wisdom.
@@drfaryalmoiz Dr sahiba, you need to re-read and understand Jung. He was highly spiritual and kinda mystic. According to him (his autobiography "Memories, Dreams and Reflections"), in order to meet the "Divine", one needs to meet the "self" first. It's individual journey.

نفس جرم کرتا ہے تو ایک خاص مدت تک جو کہ الله کو علم میں ہے ،قبر میں روح کے ساتھ عذاب کا مزہ چکھے گا یعنی تب تک اس کی ہڈیاں نہیں گلے سڑیں گی
روح جسم سے 2 بار الگ ہو گی اور 2 بار ہی انٹری دے گی ماں کے پیٹ والی کاونٹ نہیں ہو گی
پہلی بار جب انسان فوت ہو گا تو روح پرواز کر جاے گی جب دفن ہو جاے گا تو روح پلٹ سے گی جب عذاب جھیل چکے گا تو روح عالم برزخ میں چلی جاے گی پھر حشر کے دن جب مردے زندہ ہوں گے تو روح پلٹے گی
خواب میں جو ہمارے دماغ کے ساتھ شے سفر کرتی ہے وہ ہمارا ہمزاد ہوتا ہے
