I did so clearly remember Vanie Gandler during her UAAP stint she was heavily mocked & bashed. Pang NT daw & such. But look at her now she’s in Cignal as pro & a member of the Ph WVNT! She worked soo hard & she deserved it. Go girl!
What you sow is what you reap talaga. She works hard for what she deserve
IMO, She's a good player even in the UAAP. Some people, especially those who aren't fans of the sports, are just seeing those moments that she didn't play well.

@@lawrencelou3545 Gandler was a blue chip recruit by coach OA. They beat CCS in PVL in Batangas. She’s playing so well up until their first encounter with dlsu in uaap where she got blocked a lot and that I think eclipsed her confidence from thereon. I’m soo glad she’s over that hump. That goes to show that in volleyball perseverance & hardwork pays off & then the confidence follows. It also helps that someone puts their trusts in you. Like your coaches & team mates.

Topic suggestion: how about we deep-dive on the fact that every intl tournament we have ~2 weeks prep time, with totally new set of players. That pnvf - until now - hindi pa rin aligned ang schedule ng uaap, ncaa at pro leagues sa FIVB schedule (hence bella ang alyssa s. begged off from joining avc). That until now wala pa ring grassroots program at umaasa sa programs ng highschools, colleges, and universities ang pnvf. That until now wala pa ring international training ang coaches.
We talk about the individual “stars” and how good they are. This is a team sport and hanggat walang long-term strategy ang pnvf, palagi tayong 4st.
How about we have the hard conversations that keep us from having a podium finish? How about keeping pnvf accountable?
Just a suggestion.
They won't talk about that because they might say something against the people behind PNVF.

Sana ma-maintain and ma-establish ang lineup na ‘to. Mapupuso ang mga kasama sa lineup and feel ko magiging malaking factor yun for us to have a podium finish. Mga palaban and talented players + Jia as setter pa na kayang mailabas ang lakas ng players just like what she did to Paat and Domingo.
Ito na yta sinasabi nilang pang long term na? Anyway, less than 10 days lng yung training nila kaya wag na lng Tayo MUNA mag expect Ng sobra! But sa nakikita ko din malakas din itong line up ngayon... So, instead na mag expect Tayo.. let's just support and pray na iwas Sila sa injury, magkaroon Ng magandang kalusugan para makapaglaro Sila Ng maayos. Alam Naman na nila Yung gagawin nila so support is what they needed the most. SANA nga MAKAPODIUM but if Hindi Naman .. tanggapin nlng naten, dahil ito pa lang Ang SIMULA.... Hoping that this is the start for the Philippine Volleyball to emerge and be organized. 'wag na sanang papalit-palit dagdagan nlng then create TEAM B, U 23/20 and U 18
I don’t expect much from our WNVT. My barometer is at least for team PH to beat Indonesia and Vietnam in international competition. And we haven’t done it yet. But I hope that they could give us a good game. Un bang kahit natalo ay Hindi naman tambak ang score. Un galawan ba nila ay laging palaban at hindi mukhang talunan na agad. Height is might pa rin sa international competition. Thailand nga na powerhouse na sa SEA at ASIA ay hirap pa rin sa VNL. Japan’s impeccable floor defense ay hirap pa rin pag magaling ang blocking system ng kalaban. But they are joy to watch kc kita mo un grit and determination. So I hope they can showcase that. But we still have long way to go. Malayo pa Pero malayo na rin kahit papano.

I just hope this Alas Pilipinas WVT will bring the Philippines on podium and elevate it's ranking. For now, the SEA country we can really compete of if we do it well is Vietnam while Indonesia is kind of complicated to beat for now.

I think the best lineup would be a senior libero and setter (dawn and jia) and the young and tall spikers. Perfect for the long term program.

I’m happy to see CRDJ lending her players and to see young bloods in this current line up, however, without PVL aligning their tournaments to the FIVB calendar palaging short preparation tayo for international tournaments

Need talaga nila matutunan ng LOW FAST SETS/PLAYS... kahit gano ka tangkad ng la salle, talo pa rin sila sa speed ng kalaban ng N.U or even UST...
He let them to play rin kasi sa NT para maraming matutunan especially setting style of Coronel though they did their best nakaraan season.
@@Angelus_27 i knw for the fact, gusto matutunan ni Ramil yung mga low fast sets, graveh naman talaga sets ng la salle, pang 1990s, pang european, buti nlng sana if power spikers players nia, kasi kahit mataas sets, wasak pa rin mga blocks, eh d rin super powers mga spikes nila...

The analyses, as a whole, I would say kulang pa. I think yung weaknesses hindi nila sinasabi. Yes, promising yung line up pero c'mon, the digging and passing is one of the problems. Dagdag mo pa yung Team Chemistry, which is btw, one of the important things.

yung ibang pinatawag to play National Team pero pinili pa rin ang magbakasyon o magpahinga, I hope PNVF & PNVL hindi na sila kunin dahil umpisa pa lang may attitude na. Huwag na silang kunin forever dahil magiging problema sila in the future. KUNIN YUNG MAY INTEREST, YUNG WALANG ARTE, HINDI PABIDA OR PA STAR O NAGPAPA-IMPORTANTE.
To be fair huli kasi nanawagan yung PNVF sa mga nag declined especially Creamline's player eh last year pa ata nila plano yun bakasyon tapos around feb at nag book.
